Every time I take a step, I insist on picking up the car one hour in advance, and carefully check the outbound locomotive. Even if I lose a small nut, I have to find a way to find it. Due to the high vibration of the diesel locomotive, it is common for some parts of the locomotive to loosen and leak. Some drivers are afraid of trouble after work. After sloppy, they will return to work after reading the car, and when I take over, As long as I find out that there is a little bit of "error" on the locomotive, I have to deal with it properly. Otherwise, my heart will feel unreliable. In order to ensure that there is sufficient time to look at the car and handle the faults in the warehouse, I would rather take less fuel-saving prizes. Every time I take a flight, I must start the diesel engine ahead of time, do all the performance tests before the locomotive leaves the warehouse, check the electrical appliances and other components. Whether the movement is normal or not, it is truly foolproof. I remember that in mid-December last year, I took the **** passenger train. After I started the machine in Zhangjiajie, the assistant driver Xiao Liujin patrolled the machine for a lap. Without any abnormality, I came out and reported to me: "The various parts of the locomotive are working normally and can be taken out of the warehouse." But with the experience of driving for more than 10 years, I think that the sound from the diesel engine is not normal, and I went into the mechanical room to check it again. I found that the fifth cylinder of the diesel engine was abnormal, and there was a slight knocking. Sound, if not checked carefully, is hard to find. At this time, only a few minutes left from the time of leaving the warehouse. In order not to affect the passenger train late, I immediately pulled out the fuel supply rack of the cylinder fuel injection pump and fixed it at the position where the oil supply was not supplied. The passenger train started at the punctuality and successfully completed the towing task of the passenger train. Afterwards, the maintenance personnel found out that the oil outlet valve of the cylinder was broken. If it was not handled properly in time, there may be a fire in the train due to the increase of the diesel engine speed, which caused a machine accident. Through this incident, I often said to the folks on duty: "I usually prefer to watch the car several times, and a few drops of sweat, and I can't let the accident go to the loopholes." I think so, and do the same. In the last year alone, there were more than 100 brake shoes that I replaced in the outer section.

Some young flight attendants always feel awkward and unaccustomed when performing standardization work. They think that it is ok to see the signal clearly. I was in danger and immediately took emergency braking. When the train stopped, the signal from the station was only 20 meters away. Another time, I took the *** passenger train and went to a long bend between the stations. I found that a big buffalo was crossing the railway. The situation was very critical.
