Summary of the small class work of kindergartens in the first semester of 2012-2013


Time flies, and the semester has passed in the blink of an eye. Looking back on this semester, the two teachers in our class all have a common feeling that it is both hard and happy. I remembered from the parents’ hands at the beginning of the school year, they were a lovely little face. They never wanted to go to school and went to kindergarten very happy. They never ate themselves to eat big mouths. From picky food to all kinds of vegetables. Love to eat; never wear clothes to learn to wear; never dare to participate in group activities to compete in front of the collective, which contains us how much effort? During the semester, our class is in the care of the leaders of the park. With the strong support and cooperation of the parents, we will work together to do a good job in the work of unity and cooperation. Specifically embodied in the following points:

First, the class overview:
The original 25 children were born at the beginning of my class. There are currently 23 children, 2 of whom have long leave due to illness and are not suitable for the life of kindergartens. Parents are required to re-enter the school next semester.

When the freshmen first entered the park, our class teacher and the parents had a conversation. During the conversation, we conducted a survey on each child's personality characteristics, interests, hobbies, self-care ability and all aspects, and made detailed records. When the children came to the park, we had an understanding of their situation and laid a good foundation for the children to adapt to the life of the kindergarten in a short period of time after entering the park. After the children enter the park, in order to shorten the separation anxiety of the children, the teachers and children of our class play games and play together. Guide young children to adapt quickly to the life of kindergarten. At the same time, in the homeland, parents are instructed to do a good job in the admission of young children, so that parents can help young children to reduce separation anxiety at home. Through a series of activities, our children quickly adapt to the life of kindergarten. Parents are also assured of sending their children to kindergartens.

In class work, my class teachers focus on the overall situation, work actively, and do not divide each other. They take the work of kindergartens everywhere and never care about personal gains and losses. Every morning, we went to the class to clean up the inside and outside of the classroom and do our job well. It is the high sense of responsibility and dedication of my class teacher. During the semester, there is no liability accident in my class.

Second, education and teaching work:

During the semester, two teachers in our class discussed together and formulated a series of practical education and teaching plans according to the requirements of the syllabus and the age characteristics of small class children. Kindergarten is a place for young children to grow and learn. Kindergartens should provide children with a healthy and rich living and activity environment to meet their various needs, so that they can gain knowledge that is beneficial to physical and mental development in a happy childhood. Around the spirit of this "Outline", we have carried out a series of activities. In this semester, we have carried out a series of activities such as "doing our own things" and "wearing clothes" in response to the characteristics of young children's self-service awareness. Through the Parents' Association, Parents' Open Day, Home Contact Book and daily pick-up time for children to leave the park, establish a bridge of communication with parents, infiltrate the spirit of the "New Outline", let parents not substitute, try to let the children do their own things. Parents also expressed their support and approval. In the garden, our teachers educate young children through positive education, setting an example, rewarding, etc., letting the children try it themselves. After one semester, the children have changed and improved. Everyone will dress, wear pants, wear shoes, stack quilts, and some children will tie shoes and stuff, and more importantly, they have consciousness. Do your own things, do not learn to do things. Through a series of activities, the children in my class have made significant progress in all aspects, and the parents are also very satisfied.

The environment serves educational and educational activities. According to the needs of the teaching activities and the characteristics of the class, we have arranged "I am in kindergarten", "Autumn to", "Cute little animals" and "Winter is not afraid of cold" related to the theme. In the arrangement, we let the children participate in it, let them look at it, touch it, play it, do it, and so on. Guide young children to observe, discover and explore in a relaxed and pleasant environment, and cultivate children's imagination, creativity and hands-on ability.

Third, parents work:

In early childhood education, parental education occupies a very important position. A good class cannot be separated from the close cooperation of the teachers, and it is inseparable from the strong support of the parents. To this end, my class focused on the work of homes. In order to let parents know about the situation of young children in the park, in the morning and evening reception, for the children with problems, communicate with parents in time to obtain a consistent education method. We promoted the new development of preschool education through the “parent's garden”, introduced some good articles, and let parents learn a lot of common knowledge and theoretical experience of parenting. They also published the teaching contents on the above, so that parents can understand the contents of the children’s learning in the park. It is also convenient to go home for supervision, counseling, and individual education for young children. During this semester, we also carefully opened the Parents' Meeting and Parents' Visit to the Garden Day. Fourth, the direction of future efforts:

In this semester, my class teacher did his best and completed all the work more successfully. Looking back at the work I have done, we summed up the experience and lacked reflection. In the future work, we will continue to focus on the children and focus on work, and implement the spirit of the "New Outline" into one-day activities to promote the lively and healthy growth of young children.
