First, in the labor teaching of this semester, students can be organized to actively carry out labor activities, accumulate students' labor interest, and cultivate positive labor emotions.

When Guo Xiaosheng first participated in labor practice, his labor interest was temporary and susceptible to accidental accidental factors. They are more interested in the entire labor activity, not the specific content of labor. Therefore, when organizing this class for labor practice, my education has the color of collective activities, combining different forms of collective activities with specific labor content, stabilizing students' labor interests, and continuously improving students' labor consciousness. However, due to different working conditions and content, the form of collective activities will also be different. At the same time, in the process of labor, different students are given different labor roles, and they are often exchanged, so that students are full of expectation for labor.

Second, do your best to let students develop in practice.

The labor class is a practical and comprehensive discipline. This semester, I let the students actively participate in practical labor, turning all their limited knowledge into abilities, and they are also very happy to use and teach each other to cultivate students' initiative, optimism and innovation. This is of great help to their mastery of labor skills, self-care ability, and the development of working habits.

Third, in the teaching of labor, most students understand self-examination and help others.

After completing the labor tasks in this part, the students know that they should first check their labor tasks to see if they can pass their own inspections. If they pass, they will tell me, let me rate them. After getting the points, they will help each other until the task is completed and the school is checked.

Fourth, in the warm working atmosphere, most students can participate consciously, but individual students will drill a small space and are unwilling to participate.

Therefore, we have formulated a labor evaluation system: positive for labor, rewarding red flags; for those who are unwilling to participate in labor, confiscation of red flags, plus daily value-added days with the class value. Under the application of the system, the labor enthusiasm of the whole class is higher.

Summarizing the work of the year, I firmly believe that as long as the teachers of labor skills realize that students have the creative potential, constantly stimulate students' creative desires, adhere to the "teaching, learning, and unity" and actively create conditions, the labor class teaching will enable countless students to create The force sparked a bright spark, and it was always unbeaten.
