Summary of the work of the first half of the trade union in 2019
With the help of the municipal education union and the leadership of the college, with the cooperation of the functional departments, our union has mainly done the following work:
I. Team and democracy building
1. Do a good job in Dalian City Model Workers and Dalian City Advanced Units. After hard work, our institute won the advanced unit of Dalian, and Xue Yongcheng was awarded the model worker of Dalian.
2. Strengthen the work of the proposal and urge the implementation of the representative proposal. In July last year, the fourth session of the third session of the Faculty was held. The delegates submitted a total of 16 proposals, which have all been processed and recommended two excellent proposals.
3. Organize training for grassroots trade union cadres. On April 29th, the cadres of the organization branch learned the advanced deeds of Wang Liang from the General Labor Union , summed up the previous work, and arranged the next step to improve the cadres of the trade unions .
Second, protection aspects
1. Our school held a series of activities to celebrate the "March 8" International Labor Day. Nearly 100 people participated in activities such as skipping and kicking.
2. Female health insurance. In order to safeguard the special interests of female faculty and staff, care for the life and health of female faculty and staff, improve the ability of female faculty and staff to resist special diseases; actively promote the role of "group female health insurance", improve the insurance awareness and self of female faculty and staff Protection awareness. On the basis of last year's insurance, in April XX, women's health insurance was handled for 94 female faculty members. The renewal work has been successfully completed and has been well received by female teachers and staff.
3. Hold a health and hygiene lecture. On May 24th, the college trade union invited Professor Jin Shuxian from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University to give a lecture on health and hygiene. From the end of last year to the beginning of this year, our hospital conducted a physical examination of the faculty and staff of the whole hospital. The overall situation is quite good. However, common diseases and chronic diseases cannot be ignored. In the physical examination, hypertension accounted for 25%; high blood lipids accounted for 20%; blood sugar accounted for 7%, a large number of scientific studies showed that chronic diseases are caused by long-term effects of multiple factors. Relevant risk factors that have been identified include overweight and obesity, dyslipidemia, unreasonable diet, lack of physical activity, and smoking. We must establish a "one three one" fitness concept, consciously participate in fitness activities, release mood, adjust mood, and be the master of life.
4. Carry out the “send warmth” activity. We conscientiously implemented the spirit of the “Spring Breeze Action” notice issued by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, conducted in-depth visits and visited more than 50 faculty members. These comrades are grateful, and they say with emotion: "There is not much money, which reflects the warmth of the party organization."
5. Celebrate our hospital's advanced units in Dalian. The school union buys souvenirs for each union member.

7. Donate books for Chinese primary school students in poverty-stricken areas in the North Third City. There are 19 branches in the whole hospital, 36 departments, and more than 400 people donated 2,300 books.
8. “May 1st Labor Day” is an environmental volunteer. The trade union cadres, grassroots trade union cadres and labor model resounding city trade unions of our institute requested that the "May Day" be an environmental volunteer.
3. In terms of cultural and sports activities, we have carried out a series of cultural and sports activities. The main activities are as follows:
1. Organize faculty and staff to carry out hiking activities. In order to implement the State Council's "National Fitness Program Outline", active campus cultural life, comprehensively improve the physique and health standards of faculty and staff, and make exercise become the conscious action and daily habits of more people.
