Summary of the work of kindergartens in the first semester of 2012-2013
I am honored to be able to come to the Country Garden English Kindergarten and feel more honoured to be able to undertake the kindergarten trade union work. This semester is from the unfamiliarity of the union work to familiarity, and can basically do a good job, all thanks to the support of the park leaders and all colleagues. Thank you all here!
Trade union work is very trivial and requires a high sense of responsibility and a sense of wholehearted service to the teacher. At the beginning of the school, I established awareness and actively cooperated with the work of the school union . Think of the school as a matter of the department and your own business. At the same time, he actively responded to the call of the leaders of the park and actively tried to enrich the teacher's amateur cultural life and solve the problems in the teachers' lives. This semester has mainly completed the following tasks:
1. At the beginning of the school, the school held three trade union meetings to discuss the issuance of souvenirs for the 10th anniversary of the school, and carefully counted and distributed, which took nearly one month.
2. Before the National Day, the school held a trade union meeting to discuss the tourism of the National Day of Shangchuan Island and Tiger Valley, statistics and report.
3. On October 20th, the school union held a meeting to discuss how to solve the contradiction between locomotive parking and the impact of faculty and staff rest. Everyone actively spoke and finally formulated the system of entry and exit of vehicles in the dormitory area.
4. In October, echoing the call of General Yang, he handed over the plan of how the trade unions actively promoted the development of English in schools.
5. In November, in order to prevent and prioritize the school, the school’s trade unions decided to conduct a safety and health inspection of the dormitory. I used three noon breaks to check a building.
6. In November, a meal meeting was held twice, first collecting teacher opinions and then proposing solutions. At the meeting, I actively reported the opinions of the teachers one by one.
7. A trade union meeting was held in November, and it was decided to replace the existing water heater in the teacher dormitory area with a 6-liter strong-discharge type water heater.
8. For the whole garden teacher to buy departmental clothing, because there is no invoice for buying clothing, here I would like to thank the teachers for providing invoices actively, so that the clothing reimbursement work is completed smoothly.
9. Organized 4 men and women basketball teams to participate in the school three basketball game. Zhang Jun, Luo Yuefei, Chen Xiaobing, Huang Jieling, Zeng Yun, Li Yanjuan, Deng Liping, Wang Xianyu, Chen Ying, Jiang Wenjuan, Qiao Yaping, Qiu Huiling, Yu Qing, Deng Liping, Huang Qiongcai. A total of 15 people. They played a good level and style in the game and achieved good results. Special thanks to the 15 basketball team players and all the teachers for their presence here.
10. In order to enrich the amateur cultural life of teachers, the kindergarten’s concern for teachers is reflected. The English teacher birthday party was organized with the International Department. The teachers on the site actively used English and received good results.
11. In order to enhance the physique of teachers, we encouraged everyone to borrow sports equipment from the union at the beginning of the school year. At the end of the semester, organized by Cheng Li, Deng Liping, Zeng Qiaoer, Su Chun, Deng Zijuan and Chen Shanshan, eight teachers participated in the “March 8” fashion show event, and I am very grateful here.
At the end of the year, there is a lot of work that is not perfect, and I will continue to improve my ability and keep learning. I hope that in the next semester, through my own efforts, I will do a good job in every job of the trade unions , satisfy the teachers, and put the labor union work of the kindergartens to a higher level.
