I work as a review and comprehensive statistical analysis position for import and export settlement business within the department. I always keep in mind the mission given to me by the post. Through daily verification feedback, we strive to improve the operational level of the department's international business, control the system operation risk of the document business, and deepen the understanding of international settlement.

2. Implement the international business management system and product flow issued by the superior.

The corporate culture of “harmonious development, common growth, fine compliance, and virtuous circle” has penetrated into my heart. In the process of continuous business development, it has become more and more important to attach great importance to the safety and compliance of management. Therefore, there must be rules to follow in production, and there are rules to follow. After receiving the rules and regulations and product operation procedures issued by the superior bank, the Ministry of Education actively studied and understood the archives spirit, and based on the actual situation of the Bank, drafted the implementation rules to promote the use of account managers and Supervise and guide the implementation of the internal foreign exchange policy.

Actively respond to the international business line inspection of branches, cooperate with the accounting department to organize self-inspection of the training and implementation of foreign exchange business within the jurisdiction, and timely transmit the changes of foreign exchange policies to ensure the compliance of foreign exchange operations.

"Foreign exchange is no small matter", the current economic environment is complex, and the country's foreign exchange policy is changeable. In order to adapt to the objective financial environment, we actively organize our staff and front-office foreign exchange practitioners to participate in the new policy of foreign exchange management of the head office, by convening video conferences and issuing materials. The way has been to train many foreign exchange practitioners in the branch. On July 27, 2019, our department passed the international business foreign exchange entry permit examination, and then actively organized the sales department of the sales department, Xicheng Sub-branch, and Guangrao Sub-branch Preparatory Group to participate in the front-end foreign exchange practitioners entrance examination, and the pass rate was 92.3%. The excellent results passed the examination, which created the necessary conditions for the Shengli Branch and Guangrao Branch to apply for foreign exchange business license.

At the same time, in response to the special inspection of the international business trade financing of Jinan Branch in November, the customer manager and the risk control department were actively coordinated to conduct self-examination and self-correction of the company's credit file, and to supplement and improve the found compliance issues. After more than a month of hard work, the special inspection was successfully passed, and no substantive problems were found. Some small defects have been rectified.

4. Conduct statistical analysis of each operating organization according to the international business operation, and supervise and complete the assessment indicators.

Assist the company to complete the confirmation and assessment of international business customer resources, and implement the performance appraisal and comprehensive evaluation of the international business of sub-branches and account managers. Conduct statistical analysis of international business operations of each branch, report the expiration of international business, the use of customer trade financing quotas and the account opening of foreign currency accounts, and implement the funds for business operations and transparent the credit line according to the instructions of the bank leaders. The account manager's business will continue to be completed, and actively establish settlement channels to make reserve work for international business development next year.

5. Take the external data report seriously and ensure the quality of data submission.

In the comprehensive job responsibilities, it is responsible for the summary, analysis and submission of various reports and data of international business. The statistical analysis of international business is a tedious and meticulous work. Different reporting authorities and assessment calibers have different implementation requirements and requirements. In 2019, there were no errors in the various reports of various regulatory authorities, which ensured the quality of data submission. Especially in the statistics of foreign exchange settlement and sales, and the international balance of payments declaration, the work is the highest proportion of the foreign exchange administration's assessment of foreign exchange operations. Our department actively communicates with relevant regulatory authorities of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange to create a harmonious and harmonious working atmosphere. After earnestly completing the daily balance of payments declaration and verification work, our department achieved “zero error” in the off-site verification report of the balance of payments declaration in the first three quarters of 2019, and was highly recognized by the foreign exchange administration. While accumulating work experience in the daily busy work, I also constantly develop my own experience. In response to the daily verification of the balance of payments statistics, I wrote a paper entitled "Problems to be Noted in the Declaration of Balance of Payments" and submitted the draft to the head office "CITIC Monthly" for the purpose of learning and exchange, and published it successfully in the October issue. . This is a great encouragement and affirmation of my work. At the same time, actively participate in the essay competition organized by the Financial Society of xx City in August, “Financing Supporting the Real Economy, Promoting the Strategy Implementation of the Two Major Countries of the Yellow and Blue”, and writing the article “Analysis of the Mechanism of Financial Development Supporting the Real Economy- Taking xx City as an Example”.
