First, credit card sales awareness.
For nearly a year, I have greatly improved my understanding of selling credit card work. Credit card sales are the easiest in all sales industries, but they are also the most risky. We are not selling. We are providing customers with needs. Our service has not found that the customers we need to guide us in the direction of modern consumption. We are helping them very happy, especially when my client told me that he used our card to bring great happiness and convenience. At the time, I felt that I was very fulfilled. I was very proud of being a CITIC person, and I was very pleased and proud to have such a good bank to do a career development platform. Here I will be a prepared person. Before going to visit the guest service, I will have a comprehensive understanding of the advantages and functions of our various cards. How do I introduce my advantages to my customers? My customers will produce What kind of questions do I have to answer the questions raised by the customers, I will imagine the scene and plan countermeasures, so that I will show my confidence in front of the customer, the customer will feel that my card is really good, not to be their own A loss.
Second, the risk control aspect.
In my spare time, I often study and read financial law books. I strictly request myself during the operation process. I check the information of the customers who have activated the card in detail, and make indirect inquiries to colleagues in the same unit to make sure that the application is correct. Do not neglect the risk of doing a card, always take the risk control as the criterion, and aim to create performance, both hands must be hard. When the risk warning case is announced in peacetime, it will also be an alarm in your heart, always remembering that the risk control is supreme. After a year of hard work, the suspected fraud rate is controlled below 4% of the control line. In this regard, we will make persistent efforts to achieve a suspected fraud rate of zero.
Third, improve performance.
Opportunities always favor those who are prepared, do not fight unprepared, and make their sales performance increase steadily in the past year. Now they are promoted to five-level senior account manager, from the original one month to 100 pieces, up More than 150 in a month. From the original one-month nuclear card more than 70 points, rose to the current highest nuclear card more than 130 points. Being able to get such an upgrade is of course inseparable from the care and encouragement of the central leadership, the guidance and help of the group director, and the continuous exploration and thinking of oneself. I have found that I have a lot of experience in accumulating cards. I found that I prefer to do group work, and the work is easy and efficient. If I go to a unit, I will do 70% of the people, or it will be a failure. It is also very important for customers to introduce them. Fourth, the team culture construction.
I am a cheerful and happy person. When I organize various activities at the card center, I am eager to sign up. This time, the star counselor also signed up, helping others is helping myself. Sixth, the work plan for 2019.
With the rapid development of CITIC Bank, we are all growing up. My goal in 2019 is to break through 200 targets on the basis of 150 pieces per month. It is getting better and better in January than in January. Progress must not be regressed to keep pace with the development of the company. The nuclear card score is 160 points per month, and the target is 200 points per month. Try to do better. Risk control should be below the national level and strive to achieve zero risk.
