I. Strengthening organizational leadership and establishing a sound organizational management system In accordance with the instructions of the higher-level banks and the local archives management departments, the local branches regard the file management work as an important part of internal management and strengthening spiritual civilization and corporate culture construction. First of all, through the organization of the "Archives Law" and "Provincial Archives Management Regulations", as well as the relevant regulations of the higher-level banks on file management, the staff of the Bank, especially the archives secretaries, have strengthened their awareness of law enforcement and job responsibilities, and made leaders at all levels And the awareness of all employees on the importance of file management has been continuously improved, laying the foundation for creating a new situation in the file management of the whole bank. The second is to clearly define the leaders and coordination departments, and select and match the file management personnel with certain cultural qualities and strong practical experience in accordance with relevant regulations. Each unit has listed the file management work as an important agenda for the leaders. As an important duty of the office director, it regularly analyzes and studies the archives work, solves the existing problems in time, and incorporates this work into the post responsibility system to ensure the file work. Third, according to the relevant requirements of the superior bank and the local archives administrative department, combined with the actual work of the district's archives compliance, the local branch proposes a specific goal of achieving one-off compliance within the year, and implements the task objectives of this work to specific departments. Second, earnestly implement the upgrade of the file management standards. Based on the actual situation, the Bank put forward specific implementation opinions and measures, so that the upgrading of the standards has been highly valued and strongly supported by the leaders of the two levels of the prefectures and counties; The upgrading work is often emphasized, and the specific deployment and requirements for the upgrading of the ABC system file management standards have been made, which has aroused the great attention of the county branches, so that the necessary people, finances and materials have been implemented in time; To promote the upgrading of the agricultural standards of the whole region, the local branch office actively communicated with the regional archives office, timely requested, consulted and researched the specific provisions on the upgrade of the standards, and formulated specific implementation plans. First of all, starting from the branches of the local branches, the paper files of the year were sorted, bound and enriched according to the new requirements, and from the six aspects of management system, cadre team, management system, archives facilities, business construction, development and utilization. Thirdly, all kinds of registration systems have been fully implemented. Fourth, attach importance to strengthening the business infrastructure, and improve the level of archives management services. According to incomplete statistics, the total number of archives used by the whole bank in the year was more than 190, and the number of archives of the branch offices alone reached more than 40 people, so that the value of the archives was fully utilized.

Second, because the expenses of the whole bank are very tight, the relevant files are up to standard. The required funds and equipment are difficult to guarantee. As a whole, they are not suitable for file management requirements. To achieve standardized management regulations, a large amount of funds need to be invested. Third, individual branches do not pay enough attention to archival work. One county branch has not yet reached the standard. Fourth, the system construction is not perfect, the registration system of some archives is not implemented, and it is in the form; the fifth is that the business infrastructure needs to be further strengthened, the categories are not uniform, the structure is single, the archives are incomplete, and the financial, personnel, and credit files are not unified. The issue of custody remains unresolved. The existence of the above problems has a lot to do with the lack of inspection guidance. For this, we will focus on improving in the new year.
