2. In terms of thinking, I am constantly making changes. On the one hand, it is the transition from a student to a social person. After all, there is still a big gap between society and schools. I also gradually understand that the workplace is a very disciplined and team-oriented work. place. The other is the conversion of the identity of a teller from a customer receiving the service to serving the customer. Customers are free to choose to go to any bank to handle business, but we can't choose customers. Although customers are not always right, customers are our God in service. In terms of service quality, I insist on the concept of "being kind to others is to be kind to myself", using the method of empathy, thinking The customer's request, the urgency of the customer's needs, the customer's worry. Since jh's customer level is relatively clear, especially hyzh's paying customers are more and less educated, so in the face of this customer, I will think and practice from their perspective: what kind of method should be used? Make them easier to understand and do business faster and better. Second, there are problems in the work During the past six months, although I have made certain progress in all aspects, there are still many shortcomings and shortcomings:
1. The theoretical level is not high enough. Although I always insist on learning every day, the content of learning is not comprehensive and systematic. Most of the time, it only focuses on learning the content related to its own business. The knowledge that has nothing to do with the business is less involved, the learning of many new things and new knowledge is not good enough, and there is still a big gap in using theory to guide practice and promote work. When you are tired of work, sometimes you relax your requirements and standards, and be content with the past and the same.
2. The overall awareness is not strong enough. Sometimes the work only starts from the business of the company or the business of the department. It does not understand the major decisions made by the branches and even the provincial banks and the head office on the overall development of the entire bank. Although the work is completed according to the requirements of the leaders, the heart will still There are some other ideas.
Third, the work plan next year is an important year for jh to expand market share and gradually realize the strategy of “two-line and one line”. In 2019, I will work hard, work diligently, and do a good job in every job. Every detail, strive to improve your professional skills and execution, and grow and progress as soon as possible.
