Credit union internship summary


In a blink of an eye, the internship period is coming to an end. For the past six months, I have clearly realized my own advantages but there are inevitably many shortcomings.

In the face of the unchanging teller business, it is particularly important to correct your own work attitude. First establish a good credit, give the depositors a good impression and make them feel at home. Secondly, when it comes to keeping the library, young people estimate that they complain about it. Credit unions should increase their recreational facilities and not dampen the enthusiasm of young people. Tasks can be arranged during the time of keeping the library, so that they can make full use of time rather than feel that they are in a state of ignorance. Then I think that the new leaders should give some encouragement and recognition, and of course, the inadequacies should be improved in time, so that they can have positive motivation.

After working, I found that I have too many places to improve. For working in rural credit cooperatives, I have set my own short-term goals and long-term goals. In the near future, we will strive to master the deposit and loan business, be familiar with computer operations, standardize various rules and regulations, and vigorously promote e-banking—Baifu Card. I remember when I first interviewed, the leader asked: “If you are assigned to a remote rural area, how will you treat your work?” I said with confidence: “I only need one platform, one can learn the platform, one can show my platform. I believe that I can do better!" I have a passion for work, I have a passion for life, and I have a vision for the future. So far, I still have a full enthusiasm for the work. Young people need constant training and continuous learning to grow.

I have my deficiencies in working now, improve my own quality from the countryside, correct my work attitude, continue to learn loan business, and strengthen the deposit business.
