When I first joined the work, I first came into contact with the backfilling inspection. Although the backfilling is single and boring, most people think that it is not a little bit of soil. What do you do well, but I have been working for a while, but it is not so simple: Starting from the material requirements of the soil, the soil compaction is determined, its control index; what parts need backfilling, what parts need to be backfilled with sand or gravel or 3:7 gray soil should have technical indicators control; the selection of backfilling equipment; before backfilling Is the condition available? Whether the strength of the underground concrete foundation meets the specified requirements, the material selection of the soil, the compactness requirement, the virtual paving thickness and the compaction coefficient have been determined, and the backfilling compaction does not meet the requirements, which will cause collapse, sinking, and even bring greater Hazard. Therefore, it is not so easy to lay down what has been done in my mind before the other materials that I gradually came into contact with, and I can't be vague.
In the laboratory, we contacted more project inspections, clarified the work program, and formed a clear working idea in the specific work, able to carry out the work smoothly, and skillfully completed the job.
Control of a pair of raw materials: For each raw material entering the site, each batch shall be issued with the manufacturer's quality assurance certificate and inspection certificate. Each batch of raw materials shall be inspected according to the specified quantity. 1 For cement, when using bulk cement silos, cements of different manufacturers, different varieties and different grades are strictly prohibited to be mixed. When using bagged cement, measures should be taken to prevent moisture from agglomerating. For the use of cement stored for more than three months, the laboratory should be contacted in advance to conduct a second review of the actual label of the cement. 2 Sand and gravel shall not contain any foreign matter or coal dust. In particular, it is not possible to mix white ash. When the raw materials are found to be inconsistent or abnormal with the sample, they should be contacted with the laboratory and disposed of in time. In order not to affect the construction progress, all raw materials entering the plant must be commissioned in time. The cement test is carried out with 3d strength and 28d strength. Steel, sand and stone are issued within 24 hours after being commissioned by the laboratory. All materials to be inspected must be tested by the laboratory before they can be used. The principle of first inspection and later use, otherwise it is regarded as a non-conforming product. It is forbidden to use in engineering.
2. Control of backfill: Before the construction of backfill, the construction department should fill in the backfilling order truthfully, and the design drawings are required to be constructed according to the drawings. Not required to comply with national regulations. The soil moisture content of the backfill construction is the best. The thickness of the soil of each layer of the backfill shall be layered and compacted according to the specifications, and shall not be leaked and checked by layer. After passing the test, the next step can be carried out, otherwise the construction unit will carry out rework.

For welders entering the civil works at the construction site, the unit in which they are located must submit a copy of the welder's technical grade certificate and a list to the laboratory before the project starts.
