Everything was difficult at the beginning, and it took three weeks to enter the market. The general package did not receive the official construction drawing of the pile foundation provided by us. It is also a fact that it is inconvenient to organize the machinery into the site. However, after we provided the blueprint for the pile foundation construction on October 15, the general package was still unable to enter the pile frame. The general contractor encountered great difficulties in finding the subcontracting unit. He found more than a dozen units before and after, and was unwilling to undertake this business. It was not until October 22 that several pile frames were successively entered. On October 29th, the test pile construction of the podium and the tower was started. The podium was successfully tested, but the tower was finished with a hole after six days of trialing. The tower piles must enter the rock by one and a half meters, and the return to the drilling opportunity has a larger particle size on the gravel layer, which is easy to block the pipe. Later, after the design unit agreed, the tower returned to the loop forming process was changed to the impact forming process. The general package unit organized six impact hammer drilling rigs on November 7. First, the hole is tested on the north side of the tower, but about three meters of soil on the north side is flowing sand. When the hammer is lifted, the hammer, sand, and casing are pulled together, and it is very difficult to form holes. Considering that the construction period of the tower pile foundation should not be delayed as much as possible, the test pile construction will begin on the south side of the tower, and the test pile will be started on November 14. The first pile concrete pouring will be completed on November 16. However, due to the limited working surface on the south side of the tower, only four pile frames can be placed. At the same time, it did not give up the efforts on the north side of the tower. After consulting the experts, it was suggested that precipitation should be arranged first and then piling construction should be arranged. The general package has carried out the construction process of well point precipitation, shallow tube well precipitation, and grouting reinforcement foundation, which have not achieved the required effect. The geological factors on the north side affect the construction of about 60 pile foundations, and affect the construction of about 70 piles in the surrounding pure basement. The next step is to take deep well precipitation and then arrange piling construction.
The construction tasks of the podium pile foundation have been completed, the tower completed 57, the pure basement pile completed 115, a total of 349 completed, completed 46%.

2. Determination of subcontracting units such as fire protection, HVAC, weak electricity, hardcover, curtain wall and elevator.
3. The supply of Jiajia and Jiading brand materials is determined.
