In accordance with the instructions of the relevant leaders of the Central and Provincial Committees, he learned from the political heights the social public opinion caused by the incident of Li Haicang’s murder, actively cooperated with the central media and the main news units of the province, and organized personnel in the provincial capital, Yuncheng City and Wenxi County twice.
