Now, in the process of standard revision and revision, the association will actively communicate with the drafting department of the testing procedures, the use departments involved in the standards, and the drafting of standards, and communicate in a timely manner to give play to the special coordination role of the association.
In the world, “first-class enterprises make standards, second-rate enterprises sell technology, and third-rate enterprises sell products” become fashionable. At present, domestic and foreign companies have gradually demonstrated their enthusiasm for the revision of technical standards. It should be particularly certain that the drafting units such as METTLER TOLEDO Changzhou Weighing System Equipment Co., Ltd. are very admired in the drafting process of the "Dynamic Road Vehicle Automatic Weighing Instrument", and traced the relevant international standards several times. Amend the draft in a timely manner to provide favorable conditions for standard setting.
5. Conduct international exchanges and actively organize delegations to visit Japan and visit the United States.
In order to implement the development strategy of the country's going global, to promote Chinese weighing instruments enterprises, and to grasp the international development trends, the association decided to prepare for visiting Japan and visiting the US delegation at the beginning of the year. After contacting the Japanese Jigong Company and the American Weighing and Measuring Association respectively, they quickly got the friendly relationship between the two Japanese and American organizations. They issued an invitation in time to welcome the Chinese Weighing Apparatus Association delegation to visit.
A delegation of 13 members of the delegation visited Japan under the leadership of Chairman Zhang Jingwei and visited the 21st International Metrology Survey in Japan. Mr. Teng Yuanju, President of the Japanese Computer Engineering Association, cordially met with the China Weighing Apparatus Association delegation. In Japan, the delegation was invited to inspect three famous weighing instrument manufacturers in Teraoka, Ishida and Daiwa, Japan. After the visit ended, the delegation also visited the Korean Kass company. In the above four companies, the delegation was warmly welcomed and welcomed by the leaders of the companies, and had a discussion and exchanges with foreign counterparts. Through this visit, the members witnessed the development trend of the current international weighing instrument product level and weighing technology, examined the manufacturing systems and management methods of Japanese and Korean companies, and also saw their own gaps. Everyone felt that they had gained a lot.
All the organization work of the US delegation was actively completed. However, due to the timetable for the US Embassy visa interview in December, the exhibition time was missed, and the Association’s visiting group could not implement the main visit plan, so after consultation with the members , gave up the visit to the United States.
6. Strengthen exchanges between enterprises and associations and convene some member meetings.
In order to strengthen exchanges between enterprises and associations and between enterprises and enterprises, the enlarged working conference of directors' units was held in Shanghai in August, and the member forum of North China was held in Beijing in September. These two meetings are centered on analyzing the development trend of the industry and discussing the implementation of the second half of the association's work.
At two meetings, Chairman Zhang Jingwei reported on the current domestic economic situation and the current development of the weighing instrument industry. The analysis pointed out that the current domestic economic situation is good and promoted the rapid development of the weighing instrument industry. According to the statistics of the Association's statistical information network, the sales revenue of weighing instruments in the first half of this year increased by 28% year-on-year, the industrial growth value grew by 48% year-on-year, the total profit increased by 39%, and the total profit and tax increased by 45%. It is expected that the instrument will continue to grow well throughout the year. The industrial economic indicators of the weighing instrument industry have risen sharply, indicating that the development of the domestic and international economic situation has effectively promoted the development of the weighing instrument industry. In particular, the export volume of electronic pricing scales, weighing sensors and weighing instruments has been greatly improved. The acceleration of domestic highway construction and the continuous expansion of cities have promoted the rapid expansion of commodity retail outlets, which has become the basis for the industrial economic indicators of scale products. The weighing instrument industry should firmly control the lifeline of the "quality" product when the economic situation is good and the sales of weighing instruments are growing rapidly.
The delegates attending the meeting also heard the introduction of the "Handbook of Scales Practical Technology" and the work plan report of the association in the second half of the year. The delegates agreed with the association's understanding and requirements for the development of the weighing instrument industry. The delegates expressed their full support for the preparation of the "Weighing Instrument Practical Technical Manual". Everyone thinks that this is a major event in the industry and a major event for the company. These two seminars have increased the understanding among enterprises, strengthened cooperation among enterprises, and played an active role in promoting the development of the industry.
The China Weighing Apparatus Association held the 4th meeting of the 7th Council in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province from December 6th to 7th, 2005. The theme of the conference was: institutional reform, business management, exchanges and cooperation, and summit forums. More than 80 representatives from the governing units of the China Weighing Apparatus Association and some weighing companies from the Guangdong and Hong Kong SAR countries attended the meeting. The meeting was strongly supported by Zhongshan Xiangshan Weighing Apparatus Group Co., Ltd. At the meeting, Deputy Director Song Wei of the AQSIQ Measurement Department introduced the AQSIQ's work on service economic development, standardizing economic order, and strengthening measurement supervision and management; METTLER TOLEDO weighing system is limited. Liu Yun, deputy general manager of the company, General Manager Lin Disheng of HBM Electronic Measurement Technology Co., Ltd., and Chairman Zhao Yukun of Zhongshan Xiangshan Weighing Group Co., Ltd. respectively introduced the successful experience of enterprise reform and development from different angles; Shanghai Yaohua Weighing System Co., Ltd. Actively organize enterprises to participate in the Dutch Metrology Institute organized by the AQSIQ to explain the bilateral mutual recognition of Sino-Dutch non-automatic weighing instrument detection, the European metrological verification agreement and the lecture on CE identification, and promote the export of Chinese weighing instruments enterprises.
For enterprises that actively apply to join the association, timely approval, in 2005, a total of 24 new members were absorbed, adding new strength to the association.
