In the teaching management and personnel training work, in accordance with the requirements of the school, adhere to the development goals and positioning of "first-class undergraduate education", and the "people-oriented" education concept, and actively promote the "learning style and construction year" activities, so that the school can learn the style With more obvious progress, the host completed the revision of a new round of undergraduate professional training programs for the whole school; the theme of "implementing the spirit of the national education medium- and long-term reform and development plan, innovative talent training mode, and improving the quality of personnel training" was held. "Summer Teaching Seminar"; presided over the formulation of the "Hubei University Teacher Teaching Basic Norms" and other teaching management systems and archives; around the development of "first-class undergraduate education" development goals, presided over the formulation of "Hubei University undergraduate education 12th Five-Year Development Plan" To preside over the first round of undergraduate teaching work assessment, and strive to achieve the expected goals. Taking quality engineering as the starting point, and actively promoting the construction of teaching resources and platforms, in 2019, it was approved to Hubei Province to pick up the new century undergraduate education and teaching reform project and 13 teaching research projects, 2 national specialties, 1 national quality course, 3 provincial excellent courses, 2 provincial teaching teams, and chemistry major became the third batch of brand majors in Hubei Province.

Combined with the comprehensive reform of education in Hubei, we will further promote the reform of the talent training model. The pilot work of the reform of the talent training model of Chu Cai College and teacher education has made significant progress. In 2019, our school became the first pilot unit of the top-notch innovative talents program. Two majors were allowed to be included in the “strategic emerging industry talent training plan”, and the “top support education” and “off-the-job training” work carried out in cooperation with Xian’an District was obtained. The provincial education department is highly affirmed and has become the first project of the “National Training Program”. In terms of continuing education work, self-study exams have achieved steady growth in enrollment and tuition income. The independent undergraduate work of self-study exams has been significantly promoted. The student management and community work has been commended by the relevant departments of Hubei Province, and the education has been declared. The Ministry of Education's “Continuing Education Demonstration Base for Higher Education” and the “Internet Registration Learning” pilot program of Hubei Higher Education Self-study Examination Course have achieved good economic and social benefits in continuing education. In terms of enrollment work in charge, we adhered to the principles of fairness, justice and openness, strictly implemented relevant national and provincial policies and regulations, and successfully completed the enrollment work in 2019. At the same time, 14 new high-quality student bases were newly established, and the campus open day and enrollment publicity activities were successfully held, which expanded the influence and attraction of the school. In addition, other temporary tasks of the school party committee and administrative assignments were actively completed. Leading the completion of the application plan for the comprehensive supporting reform pilot project of Hubei University, and taking the delegation to visit Lingnan University in Hong Kong.

Third, fulfilling social responsibilities and actively participating in politics

As the representative of the 12th People's Congress of Wuhan City, he earnestly performed his duties, reflected the social conditions, actively participated in the administration of state affairs, and had strong ability to participate in political affairs and coordinate communication. Looking back on the work in the past year, although the work has achieved certain results, due to limited capabilities, there are still many aspects to be improved.
