Today, two months ago, I was honored to join the company as an employee in the recruitment planner of the company's human resources center. Now the internship period has arrived. During this time, I work hard and study with humility. The company has a more detailed understanding and is also comfortable with the work. The following is a self-summary of the internship stage.

The first is to be familiar with the company's various positions. The first job goal after entering the job is to understand the company's organizational structure, familiar with the basic requirements of each position to be recruited, and the company's internal recruitment process. After a week of work, I have a general understanding of the above issues and started working independently.

The second is the summary of recruitment needs and consultations of the centers. As the company's editorial staff is close to saturation, in order to effectively adjust the remaining staffing, I have completed the summary and analysis of the recruitment needs of the centers under the support of Mr. Zhang. And in the follow-up work, the staffing was effectively controlled.

The third is the decomposition and dynamic update of the Staffing Table. According to the latest developments of entry, resignation, personnel transfer and promotion, the Staffing Table will be adjusted and reported to the Group before the 5th of each month. In addition, according to the needs of personnel inventory, the report was designed and decomposed, and the details of the personnel in the pipeline were re-established, which provided a convenient reference for the statistical work of all personnel.

The fourth is to establish a recruitment system analysis account. Many people will look at the recruitment work with the wrong concept. They often measure the efficiency of recruitment work by the length of recruitment time. In fact, the recruitment work has more than 50% floating factors. These factors involve social politics, talent market, industry dynamics, and major solar terms. Among them, fluctuations in any factor will directly affect the effectiveness of recruitment. The problems such as the scarcity of numbers and the concealment of middle-level talents are the fastest and most direct manifestations. The establishment of the recruitment system analysis account can comprehensively understand the daily recruitment dynamics, and through the summary analysis table, it can more intuitively analyze the recruitment efficiency. Thus, it reflects the true work value and labor results. At present, this system account has been officially put into use after many adjustments.

The fifth is to draft the "Management Procedures for College Students", adhering to the company's excellent corporate culture and taking talent as a major strategy for corporate development.
