The first time I stepped into the door of the company, my heart was in vain. This is a strange thing in front of me. I don't know what kind of life I can bring. The eyes of the masters encouraged me. The leaders of the leaders appeased me. I felt that I was not a lonely child who had just arrived, and accepted this group of people like my loved ones, which made me feel the warmth of fire. The work in the office is trivial and complicated. Many things must be learned, and I am studying English. I have nothing to do with the business of the office. How can I do it? Text work is the highlight of office work. In the past year, there have been countless summaries, reports, and advanced deeds of the factory. I have taken the pressure of work as the leadership's trust in me and the experience I have given me. I take every material seriously and repeat it as required by the leader until the leader is satisfied. In order to publicize the advanced deeds of the factory and establish a corporate image, I regard the reporting of corporate information as my unshirkable duty. I reported 35 pieces of information a year and played my part in the publicity report. After a year of tempering, I feel that my writing level has improved a lot, and I feel more comfortable working.

In addition, I also earnestly do a good job in personnel, labor and capital, and are responsible for handling personnel, labor, medical insurance, pooling funds, and retirees management services. This is a new field for me, and things that involve the interests of employees come. No mistakes. To this end, I have found relevant books in my amateur to study, and consulted with experienced people, closely integrated the theory, and conscientiously done all kinds of labor and medical reimbursement and salary accounts, as well as heating and drug reimbursement, in a timely manner. We compiled personnel and labor statements and filed them in archives. We were meticulous and refined in various wage statistics, data management and analysis work, and successfully completed every reimbursement, statistics and personnel management. I have won the praise of the staff with the attitude of eagerness and rigorous and meticulous style. Everyone said that I am a good steward.

I actively participated in the work of the trade unions, including preparing the trade unions to build basic materials, comforting employees, and actively participating in various activities organized by the head office and the regional company's trade unions, such as the Yangko competition, the bell game and the July 1st competition. Etc., received the welcome and praise of the staff. I also actively cooperated with the Party branch to do all kinds of work and played a role in various work such as prevention of bird flu and openness of factory affairs.       

While completing my job, I also actively take advantage of young people and enthusiastically help other colleagues to solve difficulties in their work, such as answering computer network problems and file printing. In the work of giving condolences to retired employees at the end of last year, I was responsible for printing a list of more than 500 retired employees, and I was notified by phone number one by one. I was well received by everyone, which made me feel more and more helpful to others.

Looking back on the past, I think I can use a few words to describe my feelings. The first one is harvest. Yes, I only made what I should do, but I have gained too much. On the basis of the harvest, I am constantly feeling. I feel more and more that my progress requires first ideology to ensure that I feel the role of party members around me. While assisting the work of the party branch, I solemnly submitted the application for joining the party. I quietly learned from the party members around me, strictly demanding that I first join the party in thinking, not forgetting my identity as a party activist in my work, handing in my thoughts and learning feelings on time, at the factory party Under the leadership of the branch, driven by the vanguard and exemplary role of the party members and comrades in the factory, my ideological consciousness has improved step by step. I feel that as an office worker, we must actively play the role of the staff assistant of the leadership, fully understand the difficulties of the leadership, do our utmost to solve the problems for the leaders, and enable the leaders to concentrate on the major affairs of the enterprise. For example, in the work of reimbursing heating expenses for employees, I calmly faced the heating company that followed, and was able to block the situation and share the worry for the leaders.

What I feel most since my work is the working atmosphere of the factory. Leaders are approachable and just as amiable as their elders; colleagues are kind and simple, and care for me in every possible way. I teach my skills like a disciple, and I accept my shortcomings like a child. I am very fortunate, I have melted into such a united fighting group and melted into such a warm family.
