Time passed by, and my three-month probation period had ended in a blink of an eye. This was a precious experience in my life and left a deep memory for me. When I first came to the company, although I graduated from civil engineering, I didn't have practical contact with the engineering industry. So I don't know much about the construction because the theoretical knowledge is very different from the actual work, so try it out. How to actually understand the meaning of the project during the period , understand the specific steps of the construction, and pay attention to various issues, how to deal with the various personnel involved in the project has become my top priority.

When I first arrived at the construction site, I felt very confused. I don’t know how to start and where to start. Under the guidance of the project manager and the construction supervisor, I slowly learned what I should do and what I could do. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the leaders and colleagues who have helped me. My personal work is summarized as follows:

1. When I got here, I met all the leaders and the personnel of the various construction teams. I had a positive contact with them. Through them, I learned the general situation of the project and the situation of each project. I know the specific construction of these projects. step.

2. After my daily work at the construction site, I learned about the matters that should be paid attention to during the construction of the project, knowing how to ensure smooth construction, how to save materials, etc.

3, because I usually do some information, I am familiar with the general work program of the data clerk, the work content and cultivated a careful work attitude. At the same time, I have also come into contact with the knowledge of budget and settlement, and I will try my best to deal with these issues independently.

4. On the construction site, I not only learned the knowledge of civil engineering, but also had a certain understanding of the interior decoration, water and electricity installation, etc. through on-site observation and operation.

5, because the original measurement, come here I can smoothly operate the level and the total station instrument, can independently calculate the amount of engineering for the construction team and so on.

6. In other respects, I have met many friends and colleagues at the Jiuzhai construction site. In my spare time, I will ask them for some work-related knowledge. Although I can't get satisfactory answers sometimes, I feel that I get along with them very much. Pleasant, I will try to help them if they need it.

7. I also have many shortcomings in my work. For example, sometimes I am not active enough. Because I just touched this project, I am not perfect in dealing with some details. I believe that I will try my best in the future.

These are the achievements and shortcomings I have achieved in the past three months, but I know that there is a big difference between the requirements of the company and the leaders. In the future work, I will work harder to make the company and the leaders satisfied. In my usual free time, I will review the theoretical and cultural knowledge, and strive to get the relevant qualification certificates for the construction engineer.
