Trial period work evaluation

As a technical worker, the challenge is how to apply what you have learned to the actual work. Fortunately, the library leaders and other teachers gave me enough tolerance and patience, which gave me a lot of help and encouragement. During this month, I was familiar with the daily work of the various collections of the library; including the book, classification and how to deal with overdue books and fines. Gradually mastered the use of housekeeping software closely related to library collection information, how to give collection data to newly arrived books, and so on.

I have been greatly improved and improved both in my thoughts and at work. While I am encouraging myself for my growth, I also understand that I still have many shortcomings that need to be corrected. Library work itself is a team work. As part of it, I am not very good at communicating and communicating with other teachers. This is also a lack of my own. I hope that in the future work, I can establish a comparison. A good sense of responsibility and teamwork make our own efforts to build our library.
