2. Performance: The production of mobile newspapers has been independently produced in one month. The overall quality of the production is constantly improving and improving. However, there are occasional deviations in the maintenance of standards, and there will be times and times. From the study and exploration in the middle and late September, to the independent production after the National Day, a mobile newspaper is my transcript, from failing to passing. From receiving the editorial board, proofreading the manuscript full of "graffiti" to only a small number of corrections. Everything is a testament to the changes in my work.

3. Inadequacies in the work: 1) There is a deviation in the news retrieval of the mobile phone newspaper. There is a "frame" in the thinking, which is slightly rigid, and some of them cannot be opened when dealing with news. Fortunately, with the education and encouragement of the editors, I have gained a lot of valuable experience and learned many lessons from my predecessors. In the future work, I will actively communicate with colleagues and strengthen interaction with colleagues. 4. Work experience: In terms of overall work experience, the working environment here is quite satisfactory. 5. In just two months, I saw the vigorous development of the newspaper.
