I joined the company in November and August and worked in two jobs. One is the geography teaching work of the second and third grades, and the other is the class teacher of the second and third grades. First, the understanding of school management concepts and models

Focusing on improving students' performance, the school is based on improving students' health and ideology and morality. The school-running concept of student satisfaction, parental satisfaction, school satisfaction and social satisfaction is both advanced and pragmatic; Pay attention to the actual effect, do not engage in form; the teacher is full of humanistic care for the students; all departments perform their duties, do not see each other kicking the ball; rewards and punishments are clear, more work and more, high quality and excellent rewards. I am very happy to work in such an environment.

Second, a summary of education and teaching

I am a geography class for each class in the second and third year of high school. The first class of exchanges found that most students had little interest in geography classes. They felt that "nothing was learned" and "geography was useless." This kind of understanding will seriously inhibit the self-development of students and will become an obstacle to the future teaching work. In order to improve students' interest, I mainly trained students in the following three aspects: explaining the cases around me, from domestic or foreign materials, and letting students experience the knowledge of geography from life and learning geography. It is conducive to improving their personal literacy and judging ability. The second is to teach students some lifelong benefits, such as dialectical analysis, thinking from a development perspective, hard work, perseverance and other learning qualities, to improve students' self-confidence, stimulate internal motivation, and improve learning autonomy. The third is to give students the appropriate learning method. The first is to understand the picture, half a year of training, most students develop the habit of reading pictures; the second is the construction of subject knowledge, let students learn how to comb the complicated knowledge and cultivate their good way of thinking.

Third, thinking about the work of the class teacher

Healthy, positive and harmonious class culture, like the sun and rain, infiltrates and nurtures the hearts of each student, stimulates their internal motivation, enhances their autonomy, and guides them to a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. The class work is complicated and trivial, but the progress and changes of the students also make me realize the joy and achievements.

The second and third classes of the second class were regrouped by six students from the Jade Bird class and 11 students from the key classes. Their grades were low and varied, ranging from 180 to 550 points, in order to improve their self-confidence and Initiative, the first measure of my class management is: Appreciation education. Appreciate and encourage students as soon as they see their strengths and strengths. In order to keep their learning enthusiasm, I organized "success = goal + plan + action", "Yu Minhong's story", "house and life", "eagle and snail", "how to be a productive student" ", how to do hard to learn" and other theme class meetings, to cultivate students' perseverance of quality, this is the second measure of my class management, both to stimulate internal motivation and improve autonomy. In response to the contradictions and frictions between students, I have specially made a class meeting of “Grateful Heart” and “Taste the Happy Life” to set a standard for students’ daily words and deeds, encourage them to say positive words, say confident words, and say unity. If you say friendship, say that it is good for the collective, say inspiring words, and say that you can improve your personal image; if you don’t say negative words, don’t say jealousy, don’t say ostentation, don’t say arrogant words, don’t say bitter words, If you don't say anything deflated, don't say ruthless words, don't say pessimistic words, don't say anything that destroys unity, don't say anything that damages the collective and others' honors, not to ruin the personal image. Treat others with tolerance and remember that others are good for themselves. This is the third measure of my class management, that is, the establishment of a positive and strong class. Other things, such as the transformation of underachievers, the guidance of lonely students, and the relationship between early love, are all fruitful.

The theme of my class management is “healthy and happy is life”, I hope they can find happiness in the pursuit of ideals.

In short, my half-year work, in the process of communicating with students and continuous thinking, my personal qualities and abilities have also been improved. It is the school's advanced concept, efficient management, and superior conditions, which enable me to work and live happily.
