English teacher's trial period personal work summary
In a blink of an eye, it has been nearly a year since I came to the development zone for a small job. This year can be summed up by the extraordinary meaning of this student who has just entered the society. In the past year, I have deeply realized the hardships and joys of being a teacher. I devoted my youth to the education I love and devoted myself to every student. The following is my summary of the work of the year.
First, the teacher's side
I always think that being a teacher should put "teacher's morality" in an extremely important position, because this is the foundation of the teacher. "The high school is a teacher, and the body is a model." From the first day of the stage, I always insisted on myself and strive to be a person with a noble morality. I always insist on giving students a good teacher, and I hope that all students who go out of me are qualified students. In order to give their students a good example, but also to cultivate their own sentiment, strengthen self-cultivation, and constantly improve their own level. In the future, I will continue to strengthen the cultivation of teachers and ethics, and strive to achieve greater improvement in this respect.
Second, teaching
In teaching preparation, the biggest problem facing the new teacher is that he is not familiar with the teaching materials, does not understand the heavy and difficult points, and does not know how to attend classes. In this regard, at the beginning of my work, my heart was very anxious, for fear that because of the bad class, it affected the students' mastery of knowledge and interest in this course. However, I also firmly believe that "everything is difficult at the beginning." Therefore, every time I take the lessons carefully, I read the materials and write my own lesson plans, because writing a good lesson is a prerequisite for a good class.
I am fortunate to have the guidance of Lu Xuemei and Huang Xinghua, who are very experienced in teaching, and have given me many valuable suggestions in teaching. Due to lack of teaching experience, sometimes I encounter such problems in the teaching process and do not know how to deal with them. Therefore, I humbly learn from the old teachers and strive to add some valuable teaching experience from them as soon as possible.
These have greatly enhanced my ability to cope with and deal with the various problems in the classroom. In order to improve my teaching level, I often find some excellent teaching materials on the Internet, and I also try to get more opportunities to learn from others, learn the strengths of others, and comprehend the teaching art.
In terms of teaching theory. I read the teaching reference of the theory of education in my spare time, and I also borrowed a lot of books about the teaching of English in the country. While letting advanced theory guide my teaching practice, I also verify and develop this theory in repeated teaching practice.
As a new teacher, I can meet new challenges with the utmost preparation and the best efforts. In the days to come, I will continue to learn, keep improving, and demand myself with higher goals. Learn to teach first! After school, teach thoroughly!
