In order to better build a communication platform between the incumbent and the retirees, so that they can feel the warmth of the organization in real life, in addition to the perennial visits and condolences, we changed the original "bimonthly party day" to each The birthday tea party for retired people held in the quarter will be welcomed by the elderly by changing the sense of service and making the service work of the center closer to the needs of the elderly.
For some of the old comrades who are seriously ill, we must pay special attention to the work. During their hospitalization, I was personally led by the center leader, and I gave up the holiday break time, went to the hospital several times, and visited the patient before the hospital bed.
