In the maintenance and repair work, I also found some shortcomings in the current electrical management work of the workshop. The maintenance work is not good enough. Many electrical equipments in the workshop tool machine are worn out, the line is wet, disorderly, aging, and the workshop is wet for many years. Fog dust can easily cause various electrical failures. Although the oil mist is not conductive, the oil mist caught with a large amount of iron powder sticks to the electrical equipment and the line, which may cause leakage, short circuit, etc. There are several fans and demagnetizers in the workshop because of this reason. . Electrical workers should not be repaired if they are faulty. If they are free from troubles, they should go to the workshop frequently to check the operation status and circuit conditions of the electrical equipment. Do a good job of maintenance work and immediately remove the abnormalities. Although some abnormalities are very small, they should be taken seriously, and if they are not used for a long time, they will cause malfunctions. There are also some wires that are redundant. In order to reduce the failure factor and ease of maintenance, it is best to remove them. Only when the maintenance is good and the machine tool works normally, can we make full use of the machine tool and create great benefits. However, if the machine tool fails, it will affect the production of the workshop. If there is a big failure and the parking time is too long, it will cause huge economic losses to the company.
