Time flies, xxxx days ago, I am still a full-fledged college student, and also write a summary, but the summary is not a summary.

From school to society, from the snowy Northland to the warm south of the spring, the first problem I face is the role transition. From student to unit employee, at the level of thought, we must realize that there is a big difference between the social roles of the two. The student era is simply learning knowledge, while social practice means continuing to learn and applying knowledge to practice. In the student era, you can choose the objects of communication, while the social people are more chosen by others. These kinds of differences. Too many to mention. But it is not enough to recognize this at the level of thought. It is necessary to experience it in actual work and life and consciously carry out this role transformation. In particular, my profession and the work I do are not related at all.

When I first entered the job, I was fresh about everything. But when it is fresh, it is followed by trouble. Although it has worked in some units before, it is very different from the present. Every day, what it says, what it says, what it does, is very different from its own profession. It will only be a blind operation, most afraid of colleagues to say some technical terms, so from the first day of work, I recorded every bit of work every day. Recording is the habit I have developed over the years.

Gradually, I gradually adapted myself. One day, Zhu Zhenzhen asked me to write a communication manuscript about the training of new employees of the unit, and gave me a moment of "New Foreign Transport". I remembered just now. During the time of my work, I dare not touch news-related matters, because my major is journalism. For example, reading newspapers, television, etc., because of the editing of newspaper pages, the recording, editing and post-production of TV programs is very easy for me. So I went back to the place where I lived and turned to "New Foreign Transport". I thought about my profession and I cried a lot. Looking at it now, I thought it would hurt.

In fact, I have always been a very strong girl. Perhaps it was too many things encountered during the period before graduation. People and hearts were hit, tears blew and became fragile. Just getting better, the one that came with it was to leave alone. People always have to divide, and they will be farther and farther.

However, since I originally chose this home, I love it and tell myself to do the best. Don't make sense about things you haven't done. New endless!

Although I only worked for one day in the warehouse, but the forklift truck staff is stable and fast, and the ordering staff is accurate, I have seen high efficiency and high quality work.

Operation Center, this is where I have been working for three months. The first person I know here is Yan Zhouling. She has nothing to do with the professionalism and logistics and customs declaration. But because Xiaoyan came earlier than me, it taught me a lot of work, I have been Called her a small master.

I have been working at the printing office. This is a place to hone people's patience, especially when there are many orders and the speed is slow. Every day, I am afraid that the Internet speed is slow and there are more orders. So I will go to the unit very early, and after I get the customs clearance card, I will open more than 40 windows, so sometimes the window will not be enough. I and another declaring colleague are the last ones to eat at noon every day, because we have to send all the orders in the morning, and we can issue orders before other colleagues go to bed, or we have to wait until the afternoon. We don't ask others to praise or ask for anything else, just ask that we don't have a lot of lists when we say that it is our reason.

The above is just a small part of my probationary work, but it is not all I have learned. In addition to my hard work, I also humbly ask my colleagues to absorb the shortcomings of others. In the conversation with my colleagues, let me understand a very important reason of life: to work, you must learn to be a person, then learn to do things!

2019 is a year full of passion. In the future work, I will work hard to improve my own quality, overcome the shortcomings, and work hard in the following directions:
