5. Communicate with the finance and banking departments, check the billing situation at the beginning of each month, calculate and pay the bank fee in time.

6. Develop training programs for the business and reimburse the expenses incurred during the training process.

7. Handle the mail delivered by the branch office and complete the tasks assigned by it.

8. Do a good job in the issuance of the bank insurance certificate, and check and sort out the inventory information in time.

9. Do all the work of the general arrangement, and work well for our sales team.

As a newcomer, I always lacked planning in the beginning, and I couldn't distinguish the primary and secondary relationships of my work. Because of my carelessness, I also made several mistakes. However, after two months of exercise, I recognized my own problems, insisted on doing a personal work plan before starting work, distinguishing the order of work, and completing an item in time to achieve the desired results.
