The company's administrative assistant is mainly to assist the administrative manager to do the administrative work. I think administrative work is trivial and faces a lot of trivial and inconspicuous affairs every day, and these matters are indispensable. I became familiar with my job in a short period of time, clarified the program and direction of my work, improved my ability to work, and formed a clear working idea in the specific work, which can smoothly carry out and complete my job.

Update and adjust the electronic documents such as office details to facilitate their own work;

Assist the administrative manager to do a good job in the modification, publication, and issuance of various files and notices, and organize them into folders for detailed inspection.

Do a good job in personal work plan before starting work, have completed the work in a timely manner, and achieve the expected results. The quality and quantity of the work is completed, the work efficiency is high, and at the same time, the work is absorbed and the work level is constant. The progress has made due contributions to the work of the company and the department.
Summarizing the work of two months, despite some progress and achievements, there are still some shortcomings in some aspects. For example, lack of administrative knowledge, sanitation and cleaning work is not careful enough, supervision work is not done, lack of communication with colleagues, failure to feedback employees' opinions, meeting records are not detailed and careful attendance statistics, lack of initiative. There are also many deficiencies in other jobs. This has to be improved in future work. In the future work, I will carefully study various policies and regulations and management skills, and strive to improve myself, hoping to make more and more contributions to the company's development.
In the two months of work and study, I also have some opinions and suggestions: I suggest that the administrative department and the finance department should be clearly divided. I suggest that the work belonging to the administrative department should be subdivided into the financial department, and the management of logistics should be confused. The pattern is similar to that of the previous administration. It is recommended to cancel the employee's 1-2-month salary for the employee who has served less than one year in the unit.
