I came back from Dalian for two days in the company. I was on my first business trip and went to Ningbo Yuejin Company to debug the s504 sub-frame robot production line and the installation and commissioning of a new workstation. The pressure for the first trip alone is very large, and it is faced with a dual robot workstation and a spot welding workstation that I have never touched before. The things that are in front of me are strange to myself, but the leader is against myself. The trust and expectation gave me the infinite power to challenge the difficulties. I read the materials over and over again, countless telephone consultations, thanked my colleagues for their care and advice. After 20 years of unremitting efforts, I completed the entire automation of the s504 production line. The process, the welding program was basically formed, but the failure to weld the standard parts due to the failure of the customer's workpiece failed to be finally accepted. I also learned some basics of using a dual robotic workstation, and I also have some control over the simple operation of the spot welding robot. During the period of Ningbo, he also went to Taizhou Yuhuan Lizhong Company to participate in the commissioning work for a few days. The work in a few days temporarily solved the problem of customer requirements, and the work of acceptance and other work should be carried out after the workpiece was changed.

Since the return of Ningbo, the East Windmill Bridge welding station has been prepared. This station involves starting point detection and weld seam tracking. After this period of study, we have a preliminary understanding of the realization of these two functions and can be easily applied. Colleagues also debugged the Chengdu Chuanchuan exhaust pipe welding station to make them more skilled in the use of robots.

During the four months of joining the company, pressure and power coexisted, and growth and tempering depended on each other.
