"Learning as a teacher, being a fan" is exactly what this means. It is mainly about the problem of being a human being. Students have a "study to the teacher", which is actually a sense of identity for being a human being. At the same time, the process of students being educated is personality. In the perfect process, the teacher's personality strength is intangible and immeasurable, and the teacher must truly become the guide of the students. Third, teachers are managers. Teachers must have strong organizational leadership, management and coordination skills in order to make teaching more efficient and promote student development. Fourth, teachers are parents. As a teacher, to be rich in "love", teachers' love for students should be selfless and equal, just as parents treat children, so we say that teachers are parents. Moreover, teachers should be good at discovering the flash points and development needs of each student. Fifth, the teacher is a friend. The so-called "good teachers and friends" means that the strong teachers and students must "communicate", and the harmony and affinity between teachers and students should be the same as that of the close friends. Finally, the teacher is the student's psychological counselor. Second, training provides many methods and strategies for the practical work I am about to face.
In the training, the teacher also introduced to us some of the key points and methods of being a good teacher, and left a deep impression on me. When talking about the development of teachers, he emphasized the practice of adjusting and updating his knowledge structure and lifelong learning in a timely manner. He also proposed how to strengthen the unity and cooperation between teachers when talking about how to overcome difficulties. Again, the training has given me confidence and motivation for my future work.
For us who have no practical experience, we are somewhat embarrassed about new life, new responsibilities, and new roles. In this training, the instructor also pays close attention to our psychological changes. His speech is always from beginning to end. Throughout a center, it is full of encouragement for new teachers. One is to encourage us to adapt to the school's teaching environment, living environment, interpersonal environment, etc. The second is to encourage us to understand the society more rationally, to recognize our own roles, to change the tendency of the past students to "sensible" or It is a "romantic" attitude to life.
