In this warm season, I embarked on the journey of the special post teacher and started a new journey of my life. In order to adapt our new teachers to the teaching work in the middle school as soon as possible, the Yunxian Education Bureau specially conducted pre-job training for us. The content of this new teacher training is very rich, including systematic study on the work standards of class teachers, classroom teaching standards, teacher morality, teaching work norms, lectures, lectures, assessments, courseware production and teaching experience exchange. Through this training, I got a lot of gains, and I will summarize my experience as follows:

First of all, the training has given me a clearer understanding of the profession of “teachers”.

In the training, the teacher told us about the problems of the contemporary teachers' shoulders and special roles. This seems to be an old topic, but it is very weighty to understand and ponder their words. This also gives me a deeper thought and understanding of the profession of teachers: First, teachers are the transmitters of culture. "Teachers, so preaching, teaching, and confusing," this reflects the importance of teachers from the perspective of knowledge transfer. Second, teachers are role models. "Learning as a teacher, being a fan" is exactly what this means. It is mainly about the problem of being a human being. Students have a "study to the teacher", which is actually a sense of identity for being a human being. At the same time, the process of students being educated is personality. In the perfect process, the teacher's personality strength is intangible and immeasurable, and the teacher must truly become the guide of the students. Third, teachers are managers. Teachers must have strong organizational leadership, management and coordination skills in order to make teaching more efficient and promote student development. Fourth, teachers are parents. As a teacher, to be rich in "love", teachers' love for students should be selfless and equal, just as parents treat children, so we say that teachers are parents. Moreover, teachers should be good at discovering the flash points and development needs of each student. Fifth, the teacher is a friend. The so-called "good teachers and friends" means that the strong teachers and students must "communicate", and the harmony and affinity between teachers and students should be the same as that of the close friends. Finally, the teacher is the student's psychological counselor. Teachers must understand pedagogy, psychology, health psychology, etc., should understand the psychological characteristics, psychological confusion, psychological pressure, etc. of different students, in order to give timely help and explanation, and cultivate students' psychological quality.

Second, training provides many methods and strategies for the practical work I am about to face.

In the training, the teacher also introduced to us some of the key points and methods of being a good teacher, and left a deep impression on me. When talking about the development of teachers, he emphasized the practice of adjusting and updating his knowledge structure and lifelong learning in a timely manner. He also proposed how to strengthen the unity and cooperation between teachers when talking about how to overcome difficulties. When it comes to teaching and teaching experience, I also realized that teachers should think more during the course of class, improve teaching methods and strategies in a timely manner, treat teaching with artistic vision, and strive for excellence. In addition, the teacher also stressed that in the context of the new curriculum reform, teachers must seriously follow the new teaching philosophy, take students as the foundation, and meet new challenges with new teaching attitudes. How to make yourself able to teach every course in quality, efficiency, and ability, so that students can continue to receive the teaching from the depths of the soul, which requires me to prepare lessons, work hard, and study hard... Of course, one of the indispensable conditions is to learn more about the teaching methods of other teachers. In this training, some of the methods described by the teacher actually played the role of “sail navigation” for our new teachers. I feel that all new teachers, including me, must be absorbed and adopted.

Again, the training has given me confidence and motivation for my future work.

For us who have no practical experience, we are somewhat embarrassed about new life, new responsibilities, and new roles. In this training, the instructor also pays close attention to our psychological changes. His speech is always from beginning to end. Throughout a center, it is full of encouragement for new teachers. One is to encourage us to adapt to the school's teaching environment, living environment, interpersonal environment, etc. The second is to encourage us to understand the society more rationally, to recognize our own roles, to change the tendency of the past students to "sensible" or It is a "romantic" attitude to life.
