After more than a month of probation , I have worked hard and made a lot of progress. I have learned a lot of things that I didn't have before. I think this is not only a job, but more importantly, it gives me a chance to learn and exercise. From this stage, I found that my eager knowledge is coming to myself and slowly digesting into this large melting furnace. This is experience. For more than a month, I have practiced in several different positions. I started to work as a parent channel, and later I made comments on the information channel. Now I am doing a teacher channel. There are also some different positions for me to exercise. I am very grateful to the leaders and seniors of the company for their care.

First of all, talk about the work experience in the editorial department. In the one-month work life of the editorial department, what I feel most deeply is that work can be done in happiness. From the middle school to the high school to the teacher's work, during this period I have always enjoyed a happy life outside the eyes of my parents and relatives. Although there is also the care and teaching of the teacher in the school, there is always a sense of distance and lack of family-specific warmth. Since I came to work at xxx, all the leaders have been kind to me, this newcomer from different places, especially the leaders. In my spare time, I often chat with me in a friend's attitude, instead of putting a shelf of leadership. Moreover, we also guided us to do the editing work with the care of our friends, so that I really felt the warmth of xxx people. Most of the other old colleagues also cast a sincere and friendly attitude towards this newcomer. In their work, they always give enthusiastic guidance whenever you need it. When you are working, everyone will talk and laugh, regardless of each other. I remember that just one week later, the new and old colleagues in the editorial department have already become one, giving me the feeling of being up and down. Because of this, working in the editorial department made me realize the joy of completing my work in a happy way.

My main achievements at work are:

1, basic learning photoshop application and web page production;
2. Proficiency in the differences between educational news and social news writing, and proficiency in some writing methods and techniques of educational press releases;
3. Basically understand and initially learn the research and development of the teacher channel;
4. During this period, I can not only better cooperate with the seniors, but also independently write and complete specific educational news works. The tasks scheduled by the editors can basically be completed smoothly.

During this period, the biggest shortcomings in the work were:

1. The writing of the news is more old-fashioned and lacks new ideas;
2. The sensitivity of news is relatively poor, especially the lack of relevant social news.

In the past two weeks, I was transferred to the teacher channel as the editor-in-chief. The main work in the office is:

1. Lack of basic office work knowledge, often showing oysters in the development of specific work, and sometimes even feel overwhelmed;
2. The work is not careful enough, and often there are mistakes and omissions on small problems;
3, the efficiency of the work is not fast enough, the leadership of the leadership is not enough to understand.

As far as the overall work experience is concerned, I feel that the working environment here is quite satisfactory to me. First of all, the leadership care and the continuous improvement of working conditions have given me the motivation to work. Secondly, the friendship and cooperation between colleagues and colleagues have given me a sense of comfort and practicality. The third is that we are currently creating a unique feature of our xxx. The "corporate culture" atmosphere gave me confidence in my work.

I know that the above work performance may not be satisfactory to the leaders.
