On Monday, July 16, XX, I came to the Hohhot branch to start an internship. Before the internship, the general manager of the company, Mr. Huang Likui, specially organized a meeting for these new employees. Familiar with the company's various businesses to give full play to their potential, after the meeting, after the distribution of the human resources department, I went to the marketing department for an internship. With a little awe and a few panic, I stepped into the market area. As a newly graduated university student, I know very well that low eyesight is our common problem. Therefore, in the case of my own hands-on ability is still very weak, I am more willing to learn from the most basic things, such as sending a fax, answering the phone or something. On July 16th, on the first day of the internship, I spent the time from the seat to the copier, from the copier to the seat. From late September to March 2011, I returned to the marketing department for an internship. In the store, I mainly learned how to use the boss system and implement the new policy. It should be said that I have the most opportunities for practical operation in Zhongshan Road, and I have been internship for more than three months in the New Town Marketing Center. From the beginning of March to the end of April, I went to the Finance Department for an internship in order to fully understand and master the company's financial situation. No matter what I do, I must strictly abide by sox and financial laws and regulations, and be rigorous and realistic. However, I also have a little suggestion. Since May 1st, 11th, I have officially worked in the network optimization center of the Internet Department. After I was engaged in network optimization, I discovered my preferences. The technology is what I really like, with the arrival of the 3g and 4g eras. The quality of the network will be the core of the mobile company's competition in the future market. There is no good network. There are 3 centers under the network department: network optimization, operation and maintenance, and engineering construction. Short-term internships have taught me a lot of things, and I have some immature words to say. be honest:

First, in terms of personnel stability, close the interview, and try to meet the expectations of the right people, and finally communicate with the personnel after the inspection.

Second, the department cooperation, the need for the top leaders to coordinate follow-up, if only the level to negotiate, it is difficult to get results in a timely manner, always dragging on, and affect each other's work progress.

Third, in communication, perhaps not a common problem, such as the Ministry of the Internet and the marketing department should be a very close department. In communication, it is best to arrange a fixed communication time between departments every week or every two weeks. The department manager may not attend, but arrange for personnel to communicate.

Fourth, the enthusiasm of employees is a new problem that emerged after the company's scale expanded. Because the company is big, the individual's contribution is minimal, and the individual's enthusiasm is correspondingly reduced. Here, we need to show the company's attention to employees through the company culture, corporate humane care and other details, reflect the employees' contribution and value to the company, and find their self-identity.

Fifth, in terms of work methods, the effect is good, but the professional subdivision also leads to employees may be bored, not too much fresh blood. It can be reduced in quantity, beautify and enhance the gold content from small links, improve the satisfaction by making fine products, and emphasize the innovation of employees.

Sixth, the plan is reasonable and gradually shifts to "retreat." Plan the work priorities of different time periods, try to match the “pragmatic” work in place, improve the efficiency and quality, gradually focus on analysis and thinking, show creative value, and truly play the role of the company's “smart brain”.
