When I first came into contact with the actual work, I really felt that the knowledge I learned in the book was very different. After a month or so of running-in I basically adapted to my own job. I am a double-degree undergraduate student and my second major is construction engineering. So in early September, I was transferred to the xx section to be responsible for civil construction work. The job title is a construction worker, mainly responsible for the ramp platform and service room of the xx warehouse. Under the help and care of the project department leaders, I quickly adapted to my work and cooperated smoothly with the owners, supervisors and subcontractors.

On October 12th, due to work needs, I was transferred to the xx division and returned to work in my hometown. I am very fortunate to be able to be recognized by the company's leaders, because the comrades who came to this project have been finalized by the company's leaders. Second, keep pace with the times and arm yourself from the mind.

Soon after I came to the project department, I handed in the application for joining the party and actively moved closer to the party group, striving to become a Communist Party member as soon as possible. Especially during the xx big period, I watched TV and newspapers every day, seriously studied the party's policy line, understood some major decisions, and actively cooperated with the leadership team of the project department to carry out ideological education. During this time, I feel that I have made great progress and improvement in my thinking, and my work has been carried out smoothly. Under the correct leadership of the leadership team of the project department, I have actively carried out various aspects of work and my own business level. It has been recognized and affirmed by the leaders, laying a good foundation for better work in the future.

In fact, the work is the same as being a man, and the pace of the times that followed will not be eliminated by the times. As a post-80s, it is really difficult to position ourselves in the face of an increasingly competitive economy.
