I entered the xx joint stock company in February this year. I have been working in the xx industrial park to extract the work of the workshop frame. I have been there for 5 months. I feel a lot deeper and I learned a lot. .

When I first arrived at the job, I saw a lot of equipment, the hard work of the workers, and I didn’t know anything about the work, but the strong interest and love of the work made me feel very curiosity. On the first day, I was Started the work of powder transportation. The leaders and some old employees gave us detailed explanations and enthusiastic help, and they really felt very good at work.

As the work progressed, I contacted a large number of other devices, learned how it works, and learned the correct way to use it. The process of learning is not smooth sailing. I didn’t know anything about the production process of biological products. When I saw a lot of pipes, I looked confused. I walked along the pipeline to explore the route. Over and over again, thinking over and over again, having time to look at a lot of information, over and over again, finally through my own efforts and the leadership's great help and guidance, I have thoroughly understood the process of the frame-framed position. However, some of the details that are specific to production have yet to be studied hard in future work.

The work of the frame frame is divided into: fermentation broth, filtration and pressing of the plate frame, loading and unloading pulverization and transportation of the plate frame, steam drying of the mycelium, leaching and centrifugation, and recovery of methanol in the secondary slag. Some of these jobs are energetic but most are still the operation and control of the equipment.

In the labor competition in May, I actively enrolled, using this opportunity to study hard, create some pressure on myself, and actively ask other employees for humility. I will also actively think about some problems encountered in my work. I will study hard and make some suggestions and opinions to the squad leader and the squad leader in a timely manner. I have been well received by everyone and left a good impression on them.

In work, I am not afraid of being tired and not afraid of being tired, no matter what work always rushes ahead. I usually work proactively, doing things resolutely, not dragging, and have good execution. Don't post in the work, don't delay, don't leave early, don't do things that are not related to work. I regard work as a pleasure rather than a burden, because only with this kind of mentality can I get the job done. My work philosophy is "work is happy, happy work." Sometimes some of the work is really tired, sometimes the clothes are soaked, but after this period of exercise, I have fully adapted to the job of the frame.

After this period of observation and thinking, I have produced some of my own ideas about the work, sorted out the ideas and recorded the company's publication "Viewpoint" and had the honor to publish. I mainly put forward three suggestions: every day, work arrangements must have plans, we must first focus on the work; the daily workload should be appropriate; the role of leadership in the work can not be ignored.

During the period of work of xx shares, I deeply realized the corporate culture connotation of “Dare to be the first, dare to be the first, dare to create a great cause, and consciously dedication”, and felt the company's strong cultural atmosphere. In each issue of the journal, I will learn a lot of knowledge. I have the concern of the leaders and the help of my colleagues at work. The company also considers it very well in life: a hearty meal, shuttle bus to and from work. The conditions that the company has created for us are really good. Working in such an environment is a kind of happiness. Working in such an environment, we have no conditions and no effort.

I watched the movie "Iron Man" in the last red education event. I clearly remember that Wang Jinxi once said that "there are conditions to be created, and the conditions must be created." This sentence is deeply touched. I. "Iron Man" is always an example for me to learn. In such a time when material is scarce, they have achieved such proud results. Our xx people can certainly achieve remarkable results through their own efforts.

Now I am going to become a full-time employee of xx shares, and I feel very happy. In the company, I must work hard and make my due contribution to the take-off of xx shares.
