Summary of administrative trial work

The day passes, the time flies, and the short and fulfilling trial period ends in this sunny early summer. Recalling the scene I just came to the company, as if it was yesterday. At that time, I just graduated from college and faced a new job, a new environment, ignorant and ignorant. However, under the influence of the company's leadership over the past few months and the inclusiveness of the sea, under the influence of the vigorous work style of the colleagues and the warm and lively corporate atmosphere, coupled with the constant exploration and study of their work, I Successfully completed the probationary work tasks and gained a lot of knowledge that was not available in books.

Below, I briefly report on the work of my trial period. In general, my probationary work can be roughly divided into administrative work and risk control work.

First, administrative work.

In the first half of the probationary period, I mainly participated in the administrative work of the company. I am honored to go through the whole process of the company from preparation to registration and opening of the company with colleagues.

During the company's preparation, I carefully reviewed and compiled the application materials for the opening of the business; assisted the leaders to hold the first shareholder meeting in 2019, the first board of directors of the first session; conducted two company recruitments with the collection company; participated in two Nanjing trainings. Assisted the leader to solve the remaining problems of the company's renovation; and actively participated in the preparations for the company's opening ceremony.

After the company opened, I mainly participated in the purchase of office supplies, the entry procedures of the company's employees, the initial establishment of the company's administrative system, and the first shareholder meeting in 2019 and the second board of directors.

Second, the wind control work.

I have transferred from the administrative post to the wind control post for more than a month. In the past one month, according to the company's regulations, I have basically archived the contract files left over from the opening period, and the company's contract archives have taken shape. Nowadays, new business materials can be archived in time.

In terms of business, it is a new field for me. Manager Guo also took me to visit some companies, and I benefited a lot from it. However, I deeply feel that my financial knowledge and work experience are lacking, so I also constantly urge myself to continue to learn, hoping to be qualified for risk control as soon as possible.

The end of the trial period is the end of this phase for me and the starting point for the next phase. It is precisely because of this indispensable trial period experience that I have more clearly seen my own strength, correct my mind, study with humility, and work actively. In the next work, I will continue to adhere to a positive and rigorous work attitude, a tireless learning attitude, and let myself grow from a ambitionous but savvy college student to a good, responsible and well-trained employee.
