Through continuous study, and the help of colleagues and leaders, I gradually integrated into the big family of the Shuanghe Project Department of xx Group xx Industrial Co., Ltd., and the personal work skills have also been significantly improved. Although there are still some shortcomings in the work, I should say that I have seen a lot of things during this time and I have learned a lot. I feel that I am growing and mature. The working conditions of the trial period are summarized as follows:

First, with a pragmatic working attitude, adapt to the characteristics of office work

The office is an important department of the operation of the project department. Coordination and communication of many tasks inside and outside the project department are carried out to achieve the situation. This determines the complicated characteristics of the office work. Every day except for my job, there are things outside the plan that need to be dealt with temporarily, and sometimes it is more urgent, so I have to put down the work at hand to solve it first, so these temporary matters take up a lot of working time. Sometimes it’s a busy day, but the things that were originally planned to be done have not been done. I understand the truth of "Today's events, today's Bi". The work at hand can't be delayed. I owe it today. There will be other work to be done tomorrow. Therefore, I sometimes work overtime and sometimes go to the county at night. .

There are fewer people in the office and a lot of work: writing, organizing, and doing things. During the probationary period, I basically got to know all the affairs of the office, and I was familiar with the procedures for running the papers and running the conference. Other work, such as purchasing office supplies, logistics services, receiving leadership work, etc., I am also learning, and the director is also willing to gradually deliver a lot of work to me. Although sometimes I will be in a hurry, some work will not be done satisfactorily, but I believe that as I continue to study hard and accumulate experience, I will keep things in order and work well.

Second, do your best and do your job well.

During the trial period, I mainly completed the following work:

1. The file is read and archived in time. The circulation and reading of archives are strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of the project department, ensuring the timeliness of the preparation and circulation of various archives, and timely conveying the spirit of the leadership of the archives to the relevant departments of the project department. After the completion of the file, it is responsible for archiving, keeping and reviewing the files.

2, the document is error-free. Do a good job in the publication of the project department, responsible for the printing, modification, copying of the general file and the distribution of red-headed files, the transmission of e-mails, and assist the other functional departments of the project department to issue the manuscript and issue. During this time, under the supervision and guidance of the director, I issued a total of 18 red-headed files. For each file, I adjust the format, try to make the file layout standard and beautiful, and check and modify the original, in order to eliminate typos and unreasonable statements, to ensure the quality of the document. As for the draft of the office's draft and the preparation of the notices of various event meetings, most of the directors are responsible at present. I hope that in the next time, I can learn and be competent in the shortest possible time.

3. Notify the meeting time and place, organize the meeting place, and make meeting minutes. Familiarity

The time, name and participants of the weekly and monthly fixed meetings of the functional departments of the target shall be notified to the relevant temporary meetings. Responsible for cleaning up the meeting room before and after the meeting to provide a clean and comfortable meeting environment for the participants. Make a meeting record for meetings that require the office to make meeting minutes, and try to make the writings neat and organized, so as to facilitate the inspection by relevant departments. For the meeting records of some professional conferences, I am still not competent at present. The main reason is that I have not been to the construction site, and I cannot fully understand the construction and other aspects of the spokesperson. In the next period of time, I hope that by reading the archives of the supervisory approval form, epc design notice, construction geological briefing, etc. archived in the office, I will do my utmost to learn the relevant knowledge and learn to make the minutes of this meeting in the shortest time.

4. Manage the administrative seal of the project department and the private seal of the general manager of the project. In strict accordance with the "Xin Industrial Co., Ltd. seal management measures" effective management of the seal, the seal is stored in the iron cabinet and locked to ensure its security. Each time the stamp is required, the handler is required to register the signature in the ep chapter registration form to regulate the use of the seal.

5. Reasonably purchase office supplies. Purchasing office supplies in strict accordance with the office supplies procurement program, try not to waste. For the reports that urgently need to buy office supplies sent by various functional departments, I will deal with them in a timely manner, and purchase the necessary office supplies at the fastest speed, and will not delay their work. Through this period of exercise, I am already familiar with the situation of the county, and have established contact with the better stationery stores, cultural printing shops, furniture factories and printing houses in the county.

6. Assist the director in doing the logistics work. The logistics work is a service work, and the things are rather messy, such as the allocation of the public parts of the project department, the maintenance of the various office equipment of the project department, the reasonable requirements of the staff of the project department, and so on. During the trial period, I have not been exposed to all the logistics work, and I have not handled it well for some things I have never seen before.

I hope that I can get familiar with all the logistics work in the future and develop my ability to handle emergencies.

7. Assist the director to do the reception work. Reception work is a very important task, and the good and bad work of this work directly affects the image of the project department. At present, I am not fully qualified for this job because I have little experience and can't cope with certain scenes. However, I firmly believe that by studying hard and gradually exercising, I will be able to adapt to this work slowly.

The probation period is also my adaptation period. Although I have adapted to the current work, I have made great progress in my ideological understanding and work ability, but the gaps and deficiencies still exist: the thought has not completely entered the cheerful state from the ignorant state. I don’t understand my work very much, I don’t have a lot of brains, I don’t think twice before I go; I have clear goals and my own path in my plans for the future, but I don’t know if this road can be reached. My goal point.
