Summary of administrative assistant trial period work

1. Implement the relevant personnel management system to conduct statistically attendance on a daily basis, and those who do not attend the work should ask for the reasons to make a record. 3. Accepting new resumes According to the actual needs of the company, the personnel department has carried out employee recruitment work in a targeted and reasonable manner. Carefully treat each candidate's resume to be registered, pass it to the director for screening, arrange interview time, telephone one by one notice, and treat each candidate who has the opportunity to come to the interview with the most enthusiastic treatment for the company's leadership.
