Summary of personal work during the trial period

I worked at Henan xx Machinery Co., Ltd. from May 11th to June 7th, xxxx. During the trial period of this month, I was busy working, did not let myself idle, and made some achievements. The technical data of the internal combustion and electric nylon sleeve drilling machine, including the machine parts, assembly drawings, explosion maps, process files and various schedules, were sorted out.

Through this month's work, I have a new understanding of myself. I have a lot of deficiencies and need to keep learning. The lessons learned are as follows:

First, pay attention to the details of the work, and know more about it. In the past three years of graduation, the knowledge gained in the work of Zheng Textile Machinery Technology Department has been relatively biased. I only do a good job of my own work. I have no deep understanding of other aspects. As a mechanical engineer, knowledge should be all aspects. In the future work, be careful, ask more and learn more, and become a comprehensive talent.

Second, do things decisively, do not hesitate. For the work, we must deal with it as soon as possible, distinguish the primary and secondary points, and deal with the problem to be decisive, in order to solve the problem effectively. If you are hesitating, how can others believe that you are right.

Third, do things have their own ideas. In the work, you must have your own ideas, complete according to your own understanding, and then ask others to correct their work content. Simply asking others will make you become a person without opinion and influence the work of others.

Fourth, we must be good at communication. I am a person with few words, especially for strangers. I am not good at communication. I need to pay more attention in the future, exercise more and change my personality.
