I entered the company at the end of the year, mainly responsible for wholesale customers, and completed the sales task in three months. Thanks to the help of the office leaders and colleagues during these three months, I was able to familiarize myself with the job and successfully complete the sales task.

1. Comply with the duties of the post and earnestly perform their duties.

My main job is to serve dealers and customers, and to play a role in communication and coordination. At the beginning of the month, my first priority was to arrange dealers to arrange for payment; then, to visit customers by route, use distribution policies and gifts to strengthen distribution; complete all data statistics in a timely manner, and do a good job in monthly work.

2, clear tasks, take the initiative, and strive to ensure quality and quantity on time.

Do a good job of selling and developing plans every month, and grasp the focus of work with a purposeful and step-by-step implementation. After the class, prepare and review the work, communicate with colleagues, and ask the leaders for problems that cannot be solved.

3. Correctly treat customer needs and properly resolve them.

Understand the needs of customers and take the initiative to ask hidden problems in the visit. Pay attention to the display position and price of the product, and propose a proposal to increase sales.

4, carefully study the eight steps of visit, flexible use of work.

Customers are the market, as long as we win customers to win the market. Visiting the eight steps is the essence of PepsiCo. From work preparation to the end of the visit, it is ideal. I feel that visiting the eight steps is a golden key to open the door of each customer.

After learning the company's eight steps of visit, I found out that there is actually a lot to do with a customer, and the truth must be realized in the actual work.

5. In the future work, I have to do the following two aspects:

When visiting customers, don't be humble and deal with the problems raised by customers. The customers who signed the agreement were strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions, and the shortcomings were immediately adjusted to prevent their luck.

Develop your own sense of competition. When you visit customers, pay attention to the product display, including the number of frozen pops, etc., and strive for the best position.

Strengthen your language skills. Prepare the content of the statement when communicating with the customer, and strive to be clear and concise, easy to understand.
