These tasks mainly include:
1. In-depth sales of the first line, understand the characteristics and needs of customers at the sales site, grasp the psychological dynamics of customers, and identify the issues that customers are most concerned about.

2. Collect publicity materials and newspaper advertisements of other real estates, master the trends of competitive real estate, and understand the promotion methods and sales measures of other real estates.
Collected newspaper advertisements for various properties from July to the present and sorted them.
3. Learn and observe the promotion activities of other real estates, and learn from the successful experience of others, in order to make more contributions to the company's promotion planning activities in the future. Visited xx Square, xx Flower City, the opening promotion of xx New Town and the promotion of various real estate exhibitions.
4. Connect with the planning company, propose the revised plan according to the actual situation for the leadership reference, and communicate the opinions of the sales department with the planning company, and try to make the promotion work more suitable for the company's sales deployment, more practical. More effective.
5. Participate in various promotional activities of the company, organize sales personnel to carry out propaganda work at the promotion site, coordinate and communicate the division of labor between the sales department and the planning company. Participated in the "House Exhibition" in September, "XX Park National Day Special Car Tour", and the "Investment Trade Fair" exhibition during the xx Festival.
6. According to the actual situation, think more about important issues, make more ideas, make the best suggestions and plans to give reference to the leaders, and do a good job in planning the marketing staff.
7. Participate in the weekly sales department executive meeting, summarize the weekly sales work, send it to the leaders, and let the leaders know the dynamics of the sales site in time. Starting from the company in July, the weekly sales report will be summarized every week.
8. Instruct all sales outlets to make monthly reports of mutual visits and quarterly market survey reports, so that all personnel are familiar with the relevant situation of other points in the company and understand the situation and trends of competitors in the market. Collect and organize the exchange visit report and market transfer report from each point for the leadership.
9. Learn the basic real estate sales knowledge and work procedures and working methods that the sales department should know. Assist other colleagues in receiving customers who have passed the title certificate.
10. Handling the sales department's affairs related to marketing planning.
In the past six months of work, I learned a lot of real estate related knowledge through practice, and gradually improved my business level through continuous study. But as a newcomer, I deeply know that my experience is still relatively lacking and requires constant learning and tempering. Therefore, in the new year, I hope that through the continuous learning and practice of the first line of sales , I will do my personal work plan, and constantly increase my experience and knowledge on the spot, and strive to make my business level mentioned one more.
