First, focus on customer needs, and seize sales . Apply the principle of "4p" in the theory to the basic work of the department, strive to introduce new products; strive to be stable in price; strive to reduce the link in the channel; strive for novelty in promotion. Use the "two-eighth rule" to capture stocks before the festival and improve resource utilization. Constantly try to create the layout of the store and the atmosphere before the festival. The "24 characters" business is the guiding principle for daily work. In the past year, our staff has been running between the store and the warehouse. Finally, we used our sweat for the sales of 55 million and the impressive results of Miwan Maori.

Second, focus on profitability, and grasp the details of management. After Mr. Wang’s task of “energy saving and emission reduction, cost reduction and efficiency increase”, our department responded positively and made detailed calculations on the account. Third, focus on policy pressure, and work hard to seek truth from facts. In 2019, the national economy was sluggish, prices rose, and the market was weak, which affected the normal operation of our work. The law enforcement agencies took turns to inspect the scale of the Ministry in batches. Our department did not panic. Under the leadership of the leaders, I humbly accept the valuable opinions of the law enforcement agencies. We have successively improved the “Incoming Goods Acceptance System”, “Inspection Account Registration System”, “Receipt Ticket Registration Management”, “Materials Registration Management”, “Price Market Management” and “Material Storage Management”. Only when we go to work on the ground, we are not afraid of law enforcement to check.

Fourth, around the security operations, grasp the pre-existing control. We make big articles on small foods. Focusing on the customer's mouth, while talking about nutrition and changing frequently, we put quality and safety first. It has improved the induction training system for fresh processing personnel and the system of wearing famous brands. In the past year, a total of 8 safety accidents were eliminated, and more than 100 safety accidents were resolved.

V. Focus on building a team around harmony and win-win. Today, society speaks harmonious, and we should follow the trend. At work, I will take the lead and say that when I move the goods, I will move the goods and say that the unloading will unload the goods. In fact, only this kind of united and lively atmosphere can dilute the fatigue of the body and the irritability of life. Let employees temporarily forget the factors that are not conducive to work. Sixth, focus on the staff, self-sufficiency and training. Excellent employees are trained, not recruited. Employees are judges of hotel management standards. Therefore, it is my unshirkable duty to train staff and improve the quality of myself. Whether in the classroom or in the morning sun; whether it is when the employee is on leave, or after the pre-class meeting, the words of communication between me and the staff are left. There is a famous saying that is good, time is the water in the sponge, it is squeezed out. I used the time I squeezed out to teach myself "marketing specialists." I want to improve the overall quality of our staff by improving our own quality.

Therefore, under the correct leadership of our superiors, and with the joint efforts of all the staff, we have both experienced the difficult 2019 years and ushered in the glory of 2019.

Counting this year, there are progress and mistakes. Because my work inspection was not in place, and the quality of fruits and vegetables could not be sold to customers, which caused unnecessary punishment to my superiors and my colleagues, I felt very guilty. Not only did I not add to the growth and development of the retail industry, but I did my best to make mistakes that should not be wrong in my duties. I did not do my job better and lost my leadership. . At work, I should also consult with experienced leaders and open-minded, agile "newcomers, talents".
