2019 sales department personal work summary

Task group related work

In the new department and new field, I actively learn new knowledge, assist the team leader, and have completed various tasks well. First, he presided over the "Hybrid Ratio Test for Re-broadcasting" project, introduced and collected sunflower variety materials, and conducted introduction tests. This year, a total of 64 hybrid sunflowers and 9 oil sunflowers were introduced. Field investigations were carried out on the traits during each growth period, and the comprehensive performance and differences with the control varieties were recorded. The characteristics of the tested varieties and the value of production and utilization were objectively evaluated. According to the test results, Five varieties of sunflower varieties with high yield and good early maturity were selected. There are 3 medium-bred lines. The second is to participate in the corn group project, assist the host to plant more than a thousand corn materials, and actively carry out related field management work, plant protection work and hybrid seed production. Working together with the whole group of colleagues to overcome difficulties, mutual understanding, support, and help, and better completed the plan for the beginning of the year.

Sales department work

In October 2019, after careful consideration, I applied to work in the sales department. In the new job position, I humbly learned from leading colleagues, united comrades, worked hard, and improved business capabilities. Actively through multiple channels, currently, 23 tons of hair seeds are transferred back. In this process, I can stick to the processing site and follow the car to ensure the quantity and quality of the processing, and also lay a certain foundation for the sales work in the coming year.

In the future work, I will work together with the sales department leaders to cooperate and support each other and earnestly complete the tasks of the sales season.
