First, discipline

Each unit has its own management system. For our radio station, the discipline here is stricter. Everything here must be done with perfection, strictly demanding yourself, and doing everything carefully. Obey the rules and regulations of the Taiwanese and obey the leadership arrangements. Therefore, no matter big or small, we must face the work with a good attitude and be dedicated and happy.

Second, strengthen their own learning and improve business standards

Because I feel that my burden is heavy, and my knowledge, ability, and experience are at a certain distance from my position, I don’t dare to take it lightly. I always study, learn from books, learn from the surrounding leaders, and learn from my colleagues. In this way, I feel that I have made some progress in the past six months, but there is still a certain gap from my own requirements. Therefore, I should continue to work hard to actively improve my business, strive for work, and have strong Professionalism, responsibility, and strive to improve work efficiency and quality of work.

The business aspect is very unsatisfactory for the past six months. Although it has been completed so far, it is still a lot worse than the one I have scheduled. Looking at my customer list, most of them are old customers, and the new customers have basically not increased. I think this There is also a big problem, why are there so few new customers? I think this question should be reflected in my own heart. In the past six months, I have changed a lot in my mentality. Now I only have 8 hours of working time. I can say that my working time is much easier than before. I have less time to work, so I have time to run advertising business. In fact, there is a lazy phenomenon that cannot persist in running out of business, and there is no good attitude to face work. I think that the most important thing for me now is to work hard on business skills, communicate with colleagues, learn their business skills, and strictly demand that I complete the tasks according to my own plans, and provide thoughtful service to customers. Communicate and communicate with customers, make more efforts in advertising creativity, carefully study the strengths of others, change their own deficiencies, and humbly ask leaders and colleagues to improve their business in continuous learning and exploration.

Third, the program

Speaking of the show is the most dissatisfied, I have been on the radio for so long, and now my program has not been a big upgrade, I think it is embarrassing. With the addition of newcomers, I found that there are more and more shortcomings in my body. There are many shortcomings. "Ten Thousand Listening" should be a warmer program, not only for the audience to listen to songs, songs, and delivers on the show. In addition to blessings, more should let the audience harvest happiness here, give the audience a platform to relax, and the current "Information Express" has been tepid, but also need a big upgrade, learn "Beijing help" "Helping the group", taking advantage of the programs of the people, but also let their programs have a big upgrade

Half a year has passed, but I still see that I still have a lot of deficiencies, lack of business standards, thinking too sloppy, and lack of experience are all aspects I need to work hard. In 2019, I believe that as long as I find the direction , there will be some breakthroughs and success!
