Through indirect channels and manufacturers to find out the price-changing links, and actively cooperate with the market department to pay close attention to the price of the city's peers. In the critical period, it echoed the call of the government's price control policy, took the initiative to communicate with the dealers, and based on the balance of interests of many parties, pragmatically did the gold price image work.

Fourth, in the display, do not take pictures. Our department currently operates a lot more varieties than supermarkets of the same business area. This year, we changed the method of learning other supermarket product management in the past, and turned to the advantage of the packaging business of our department to meet the needs of customers. Learn the advantages of foreign supermarkets such as Wal-Mart, change the mode of end-rack stack display, display new products and promotional items directly in the places that customers are most likely to find; change the old-fashioned display in the West, and replace them with more transparent, comfortable and convenient. First, this year our department experienced the formation of the 20th new team. We have played an original work style, paying attention to the division of labor and cooperation, and straightened out the daily work in a short period of time. Make the department work smoothly.

In this way, we hope that the relevant departments will effectively implement the annual inspection of the equipment and maximize the service life of the equipment.

Fourth, often catch safe work. Our department insisted on cleaning up the corners of health, paying attention to the importance of “defense prevention”, organizing staff to train fire knowledge, organizing employees to respond to emergencies, and making suggestions for creating a relaxed and safe shopping environment.

5. The foundation of the spirit of “Dare to open up” is to build a solid team. Our department insists on team activities twice a year, such as actively participating in computer training, actively joining knowledge promotion activities, self-editing and performing cultural evenings, and issuing free reading cards.
