Personal summary of follow-up study


From October 21st to November 10th, XX, I participated in the second phase of the second phase of the national junior language teachers in the 8th National Xiao Wang Lei Studio of Xxxx City. In 20 days, I strictly abide by the various systems of the school, go to work according to the schedule, listen to the arrangement of the tutor, study hard, work actively, and complete the tasks on time and in quality. Through this follow-up study, our educational thoughts have been enriched and developed, and the teaching theory level and teaching and research skills have also been improved.

Every day, Mr. Wang has prepared lessons with us, lectures, classes, lectures, reflections on teaching, and actively participated in various teaching and research activities. During the study period, Mr. Wang organized us to carry out teaching and research activities such as “Let the game enter the classroom to improve students' interest in learning” and “The same class is heterogeneous”. Teacher Wang has taught us the teaching and research experience accumulated in many years of practice, and we have gained a lot. She asked us to have a clear goal for each lesson, to clearly improve the language ability of the students, and to avoid high consumption and inefficiency in the language classroom; for each teaching and research activity, she has a clear and detailed discussion theme. The activity is practical and efficient. In the "same class heterogeneity" seminar, we analyze the textbooks, understand the textbooks, and design the teaching methods, and classes in different classes. After class, we also carefully analyzed the different teaching methods of the same textbooks and the differences in teaching effects. Through such teaching and research activities, we strive to find ways and means to improve the effectiveness of Chinese classroom teaching.

Teacher Wang has not only organized us to study the theory of education and teaching, but also often leads us out to learn. We went to the twelfth country of Zhanjiang City to listen to the lecture of President Tan Yonghuan, "Leading with thought, emotionally motivating, and dancing in the gap between reality and ideals." He said that high-quality and efficient Chinese language classes must "find the entry point. We have a passionate point and do a good job of training points. We went to the affiliated school of Zhanjiang Normal College to participate in the "Guangdong Province Teacher Studio XX Year Key Teacher Training Academic Reporting Meeting". Professor Wang Linfa of Zhanjiang Normal University gave us a "How the famous teacher made it." Lecture, he asked us to have a specific and scientific personal professional development plan; we went to Kunming Yizhong to listen to the report of President Zhao Dongcan, President Zhao’s advanced school philosophy and his “being indifferent, low-key, practical” for me I was deeply impressed.

In the past 20 days, the students in our training class have studied together, worked together, and lived together. We live in harmony, learn from each other, and improve together.
