Basic work experience and experience monthly work summary

In June XX, after a series of screenings by the school, I finally passed the selection of the Western Project and became a glorious Western Project volunteer. After a short training in Zhuzhou, I came to the Wugang Municipal Committee on July 31 to start my volunteer life.
In a blink of an eye, it has been more than four months since I came to Wugang. From the former rookie players to the grassroots group organizations who can now be alone in some things; from the original language barrier to the present, I have learned to sing some simple local folk songs... In the past few months, I feel that I really I have learned a lot. This month, in accordance with the requirements of the “Basic Work Experience and Experience Month” campaign, I used the weekend time to start this event in Longtian Township. In the study and life of working at the grassroots level, I learned a lot of things that I couldn't learn in school and institutions. Below, I will summarize the situation of participating in the grassroots work and study experience this month:
First, familiar with the environment, experience the grassroots level in the work of the Communist Youth League in the past few months, also accumulated a certain amount of work experience, learned how to deal with the basic problems in the work of some group organizations. However, because there are not many opportunities to learn at the grassroots level in rural areas and communities, it is necessary to go step by step. I did encounter some problems at the beginning. First of all, unlike in the Communist Youth League, at the grassroots level, language problems are a problem that has to be faced. Although it has been four months in Wugang, language is still a big problem, especially in the village. Many people speak too fast and have too much local spoken language, which makes me unable to understand the content of the other party's speech. This is still to be solved by the help of the university student village officials in the village. Then, there is no coordination in advance, the reception staff in the village is not clear about the specific circumstances of the event, the arrangement is not very reasonable, resulting in a lot of useless work, this situation will not be there when the second time. In fact, these problems are some minor problems. In the village and the community, with the help of everyone, I have successfully completed the grassroots work and learning experience activities.
Second, work hard, the service grassroots get the opportunity to exercise at this grassroots level, although there is a certain pressure, but it is still particularly exciting. In the process of learning experience at the grassroots level every weekend, I cherish the opportunity and strive to learn from the grassroots comrades and work actively. This event was mainly carried out in Rudao Village, Longtian Township. With the help of the village student village official and the branch secretary Wu Ying persimmon, I was able to understand all aspects of the village and to carry out various activities smoothly in the village.
At the Luo Jiangang's home, we visited the Luo family of four people and learned about agricultural production, family income, education, etc., and joined them in the field to participate in labor. In the empty nest old man Mao Xiong's new home, we asked in detail about the basic living conditions, the education of the left-behind grandson and the psychological situation, and helped them to do some housework. Through the several families of villagers visited, they have a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of ordinary rural families.
In the village committee of Shudao Village, I cooperated with Wu Ying persimmon and gave a one-day assistant to the village party secretary, mainly responsible for the work of the village committee. In the day, many things have to be dealt with. In addition to the daily work of the village committee, there are issues such as the tasks assigned by the superiors and the contradictions between the villagers. I learned from Wu Ying’s persimmon that the village committee’s affairs can be said to be comprehensive and can exercise the ability of a cadre from all aspects. The work of this day really benefited me a lot.
In Shudao Village, we organized two young pioneers to go to the village's lonely old man Luo Chaohua to participate in voluntary labor, to help clean the house, wash clothes, and chat with the elderly. These children feel that such activities are meaningful, not only can help others, but they can also learn a lot.
In the village committee, we also invited some young people who did not go out to work to have a visit to understand their living conditions, learning status, work situation and mental state. Due to local conditions, most young people have the desire to go out to work, but due to age, after the end of their studies, they can only stay at home temporarily, and will go out after receiving the ID card.
Third, the discovery of deficiencies, strengthen learning through several times the learning experience of going to the countryside, did learn a lot, and gained a lot. However, through this period of time at the grassroots level in rural areas, I also found many deficiencies and areas for improvement. For example, there is indeed a lack of care in dealing with the problem, which requires me to maintain a serious and responsible attitude to complete everything in the future work. In addition, since there is not a lot of time to go to the countryside, the understanding of the grassroots level is certainly not comprehensive enough. It is also necessary to carry out such activities in the future and truly learn at the grassroots level.
This learning experience has ended, but my grassroots experience has only just begun. In the future work, I will apply the experience in this grassroots work to the actual situation and better serve the development of Wugang.
