Preschool teachers follow-up study personal summary


In a blink of an eye, the five-day follow-up activity was over. I learned a lot in this short five days. First of all, I would like to thank the leaders for giving me this opportunity, so that I have the opportunity to go out of the garden, learn the strengths of others, and then thank the directors and teachers of the Wujin Institutional Kindergarten for their guidance and help. In the study of the post, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism of the kindergarten teachers of Wujin institutions. Looking back on these days of study, it is really rich in content, diverse in form, with half-day activities, large teaching and research group activities, and group preparation. Let me talk about my feelings specifically below:
First, the environment is beautiful: When you walk into the kindergarten, it makes people feel refreshed. The public environment is very distinctive and full of childlikeness. The classroom environment reflects the theme activities and can be arranged in combination with the seasons. The Parents' Field Showcases a week of teaching and daily specific activities, and combines the contents of ten “one” projects so that parents can see the content of the teaching at a glance. This is very beneficial to trigger and support the children's active interaction with the surrounding environment.
Second, the regular fine: observe the half-day activities of all ages, I feel that the teacher is more concerned about the cultivation of young children's self-care ability and the development of living habits. If you want to wash your hands before the snacks, wash your hands afterwards, and put your clothes in your pants, this is what the teachers have been emphasizing. There are also children's good habits of listening and participating in morning activities, and they pay great attention to the cultivation of children's rules. It is also possible to raise different waters such as ginger water for children according to the seasons to prevent colds and strengthen the child's system.
Third, teaching practice: In the study of the post, I heard more real normal classes, it has neither too much modification nor too many fancy. This kind of classroom made me feel simple and natural, and let me see the teachers' work attitude, professional quality, and love and concern for the children. Some teachers pay attention to the cultivation of children's language ability during activities, some pay attention to the cultivation of children's divergent thinking, and some pay attention to the sharing of children's experience and ability. As teacher Zhuang Chunmei said, “One sand, one landscape, one flower and one world”, each teacher has its own characteristics.
Fourth, pay attention to games and outdoor activities: teachers can always guarantee the outdoor activities of young children every day, and strive to be rich in activities, and can better integrate folk sports activities, such as playing games on the mat, the teacher will let the children learn caterpillars for a while Climb, review the crabs for a while, and then roll sideways. The teacher has great affinity in the activity and plays with the children. This not only benefits their physical fitness, but also cultivates the interest and habits of children's exercise.
In the short five days, I got the care and help of the teachers. With a bit of love, a bit of aftertaste, a little bit of harvest, ending my current job. It is an unforgettable and precious memory in my educational career. I will use this as a starting point, continue to learn, improve and enrich myself, and let myself have a leap in professionalism.
