Through the construction of a learning-type party organization, we strive to create a good atmosphere in which the party organization demonstrates leadership and the party members are diligent in learning and innovation. To this end, the party committee of our bureau also requires all party members to strengthen six kinds of consciousness:
1. Enhance the overall situation and strive to be a “learning” business cadre.
2. Enhance service awareness and strive to be a "service-oriented" business cadre.
