At 17:40 on the 27th, after replacing the impeller, the temperature of the impeller front thrust tile was abnormally up to 89 °C. The reason for the parking search was first to find the cooling waterway and found that the cooling waterway was smooth and did not malfunction. Secondly, it is judged that the tension of the thrust pad is too tight, which causes the temperature of the thrust tile to be abnormal. The failure of the replacement of the fan impeller in front of the fan impeller is not ruled out. Look for the bushing lube road. Disassemble the front shroud inlet pipe and find that the throttle hole is blocked. Clear the orifice, the installation troubleshooting. Through this fault, it is reflected that the structure of the impeller bushing lubrication system is not known. After replacing the impeller, the oil path is not tested first. After the fault occurs, the fault direction is judged to be wrong, resulting in long processing failure time. On August 3, the plan was to clean the 2# dust removal system and change the impeller at the same time. When installing the impeller, draw lessons from the failure of the 4# fan lubrication system and test the lubrication system when installing the impeller. After the start-up, the new impeller vibration normal lubrication system is normal.
Look for problems and improve equipment operation rate.
As the saying goes, the device is divided into 3 points and 7 points. If the equipment is not properly maintained, the service life will decrease and the failure rate will increase. Maintenance frequency affects production. In the last week of the month, use the workshop before the morning meeting to focus on the use of vaporization and fan equipment.
