July work summary and August work plan

In July , after the end of the project, we will briefly summarize the achievements and problems of our store this month:
Our staff has been increasing in July, and now there are three brokers and one clerk. The door and telephone installations are in place and the work is running smoothly. Sales performance in July: paid commission of 950 yuan, three leased customers, three mortgages for second-hand housing transactions, will be transferred in mid-September, the total amount is 15,000 yuan commission. One of the houses was bought and sold with Wang Chengyi, and the deposit was delivered to Wang Chengyi. It was not counted and will be transferred around the 10th of next month. At present, there are 22 stores and valid listings, and the brokers have 8 customers.
From the above sales performance, our work is not very good, sales are not successful. However, when the wind and the waves break, there will be time when the clouds sail to the sea. Strength creates value and passion makes the future. I believe that through these days of study and practice, brokers are tired of accumulating a lot of experience, as long as we work together to do it will be rewarding.
August work plan: 1, do a good job of training. All sales performance originated from having a good salesperson. Building a cohesive and cooperative spirit sales team is the foundation of the company. Therefore, in September, I will do a good job in training, focus on the fundamentals, highlight the backbone, and improve the overall.
2. Comprehensive tracking and development of customer resources. For old customers to keep in touch, potential customers should focus on mining, willing to spend energy, while having old customers, constantly digging a large number of customers from various channels.
In March and August, our goal is to achieve XX0 yuan. The task is broken down into weekly, daily, and decomposed to each salesperson. The total commission for each broker is set at 5,000 yuan.
