We found that some problems have to be corrected in time until we have determined that each form and the formulas in it are correct. The information that is vacant in time is filled. Finally, I took the form to the current time schedule. At this time, I felt strongly that the form needs to be continuously improved and the working methods need to be continuously improved. How to use existing tools to improve work efficiency has become a topic worth studying. Use the system or access to get the data? Do you use excel or powerpoint for analysis? An excellent analysis report should not only consider its practicality, but also consider its aesthetics. To make full use of these tools to achieve efficiency and aesthetics, it takes time to learn how to use these software flexibly.


Once again, after following up on Sony Ericsson's sales analysis, he took over the sales analysis work of Tianyu, re-established an analysis template, took a day to set all the links, and corrected all the formulas of the indicators. The new one The brand analysis workbook was born. When I spent the morning connecting all the data sources of hundreds of charts, I really felt how "this is once and for all" is appropriate. At the same time, I also thought that if a link is mistaken, the authenticity of the entire analysis result will be destroyed. The workbook is the basis and basis for the analysis. Once the foundation is broken, the whole house has to be smashed. The task of doing project analysis is sloppy, and the mind is indispensable.

I received the task today and I am ready to start another sales analysis of Lenovo, a domestic brand. I believe that with the foundation of Sony Ericsson and Tianyu, it is not difficult to complete Lenovo's analysis. Each brand has its own characteristics, responsible brand analysis is more and more, then more and more understanding of different brands, and then more understanding of the development of mobile phones, so I am very happy to accept Sales analysis tasks for these three brands.

The above is a summary report of personal work. Finally, I started to learn to do the stocking plan. This work requires mastering the skills of forecasting sales and controlling inventory.
